It is located on the second floor of the Grand Tower Building with our white quartz beach and the Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep. | The LVR has a 55" Flat Screen Smart TV, DVD player and a comfortable sofa. To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. | The Master Bedroom has two Queen size Tempurpedic beds and a 55" Flat Screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a full custom tile shower with built in bench and soap/shampoo niche. | The full equipped kitchen includes upscale Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig coffee machine, Quartz Counter tops, and a recently added Buffet and Counter for additional storage/serving. The enclosed Lanai which is incorporated into the living room area provides a quiet retreat area with Plantation Shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view. | The fully equipped kitchen includes upscale stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a recently added buffet and counter for additional storage/serving.   Overall great experience. Front desk wonderful. security chair assistance fabulous ! Our air conditioner did quit working - gracious that it was fixed within 24 hrs TY. However this is 2 years in a row we did not have an operating ice maker - after the air going out it we made decision to buy bagged ice . Wish you would install gas grills for use- charcoal such an inconvenience Do not care for new washer and dryer operations via app Howver we loved our visit

  Overall a wonderful time! Enjoyed being steps from the beach. Staff was very kind and helpful, and condo was clean. I wish directions and instructions were emailed in lieu of all information in a lockbox. We arrived late and had to review all this paperwork in the car. The parking "owner reserved" signs we could not see and took someone's spot accidentally. Maybe putting signs higher would help.

  I would give any unit I have been in a 10 of 10 rating in terms of quality, cleanliness, and perfect working order.
  
  This unit exceeded my high expectations. It was very fresh in terms of decorating style, furniture, and class. It felt much more like it could be a residence than a rental unit.
  
  The Front Office Staff if very helpful and efficient.
  
  I would highly recommend The Palm Bay Club to anyone.

  Positives: The unit is very clean and has updated appliances, kitchen and shower. Great location to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Negatives: It doesn't have an outdoor balcony, the owner enclosed that area. The photos are deceiving in this regard. The TVs are outdated and not able to stream apps like Netflix, Hulu... and they are not able to connect to your phone for mirroring. Something to consider should you have a rainy day!

  This is a great vacation location.
  -Cleanliness; The condo and facilities were extremely clean.
  -Location to the beach. This particular unit was in the tower which was steps away from the beach. The property also provides beach chairs free and a rental company is on site for umbrella’s, cabana’s,etc.
  -check in. I had after hours check in and it was very easy check in procedure
  -This might be a odd mention but the place had great water pressure in the shower. I’ve stayed other places and nothing more disappointing than a trickle of water in the shower.. Great water pressure!
  -No negative ‘s. I never had to contact the owner or office during my stay. All the instructions were easy to understand and the condo was in tip top shape so no issues during our stay. I will definitely choose this condo and property again.

  Our place was very clean and comfortable! Stocked with everything you need in the kitchen we were actually impressed!!! It was beach front but a little short walk to the pool! But hey, we all need exercise so it was great! Grounds were beautiful! Staff was amazing.   The location was spectacular. The tower is right on the beach and just steps away. And this resort takes care of the beach - cleaning it every morning. We walked along the beach in both directions and there were several dead fish (red tide), but not on this beach! And it was never crowded. There are 2 pools. Do yourself a favor, take the extra effort to go to the pool on the bay side, it is so nice!
  
  Our unit was small, but perfectly comfortable and clean. It had what we needed to cook some basic meals. Unlike some of the units, they don't have anything like sand toys or rafts, etc. It certainly was not a deal killer, but good to know if you are traveling with kids.
  
  We did have an HVAC system that was acting wonky. Once I reported it, the property management company sent maintenance over and it was fixed within 60-90 minutes.
  
  Overall, if we return to Siesta Key we will 100% be returning to The Palm Bay Club

  We had a wonderful getaway in Siesta Key at the Palm Bay Club. This was our first time staying at the property and will return! Great location on the key. We stayed in the tower right on the beach which was very convenient. Plenty of chairs at the beach. Parking close to our unit. We did not use the pools but they looked very nice. The unit was updated and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! Check in and check out were both very easy. ~1 mile walk to the village and ~1 mile walk to bars/restaurants by the bridge - easy beach walk! Also easy to hop on transportation on the main road. BEAUTIFUL sunsets. Would recommend to friends and hope to return myself as well!
