This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. There is a laundry room on the third floor next to the elevators, in the utility room where the trash chute is also located. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space in which the living room has a 50" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two queen beds, a 32" flat screen TV and the bathroom has a walk-in shower with a solid glass enclosure and is equipped with grab bars. The efficient kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished patio is enclosed with windows that can be opened so that you can enjoy the beautiful tropical views.

  The room was clean. Plenty of dishes to use. The beds seemed possibly older and worn out. The bed I slept in seemed to sink in the middle. The elevator was being worked on which was understandable but sometimes was annoying. Big appreciation to Charles and security for making sure everyone had bracelets. There was a large group of at least 50 people that would congregate on the beach from sun up until midnight. They were constantly loud and did not seem to care if their activities bothered others. Not all of them were staying at Palm Bay. Some were next store but they would hang out at Palm Bay until they were asked to leave.

  The one bedroom condo location was perfect the only con the condo could use new mattress's and maybe a little more lighting in the bedroom and little lighting in the little eating area. The Condo if you want a room with a view this is the condo to book -- the furniture sofa and chairs were nice (yes the table and chairs could be updated it would help out the look) but it was clean and equipped with the items we needed. Kitchen was small if you were a big cooker but we weren't so it didn't matter. Washer and Dryer right down the hall very close 15 steps We liked it -- would book again. Palm Bay property outside is very nice- clean well kept -- inside carpet when you get off the elevator could be updated very old and worn. Security was always working which was nice always checking if you were a guest. Loved the fact they had a lounge chair person "Yuni" who was awesome helped us and everyone ever day with our chairs - we didn't have to drag them to the beach. Check in and out easy. Liked all we had to do when we checked out was empty the trash and load the dishwasher. Also liked they had plenty of soft nice big bath towels and nice soft big beach towels 4 were in our unit for 2 people. Parking was easy too- all under cover. Looking for a room with a view I would rent this one -- The view is priceless. Pool is up front -- we visited the bay side which was nice but we stayed on the gulf side with the beach. The condo also supplied 2 bars of soap - auto and dish soap - box of kleenex tissues - toilet paper - plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils and coffee makers had a Krug and regular, had many other appliances but we didn't use them. You are well equipped in our opinion - no need for paper plates :) I would recommend that the owner of the unit provide detail instructions for the TV we could not find any and had no clue on how to work the TV. Many units have items that people have left behind or are dedicated to the unit (chairs, beach toys, coolers, but this one only had a set of pretty rusty chairs. Good news is Palm Bay club provides nice chairs and has a guy even take them down for you. Overall very nice unit and will look to stay again. View is incredible. Though right below you is the chair guys with their 4wheelers so early

  I love Palm Bay Club, we've stayed there several times. This time however, we had to wear a wrist band and so did the resort next door. Because of the wrist bands, I really feel that Palm Bay needs to add a swimming pool at the gulf end of the property, near the tower. You could put it in the grass near the circle drive at the beach. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.
  
  One more thing, please make towels available for the change room near the office, we didn't want to bring towels out of our room for the change room, and there were none available for us.

  Good two weeks at Palm Bay. Spent first week in this unit the second week in 098. This room had a great view of the ocean since it was ocean front. Worked well for us. Fishy smell in hallway first few days.
  Second unit faced south which is also a beautiful view. This unit was a little behind on minor maintenance like battery replacements. Cooking pans were few, old, and needed replaced. Couch looked well used.
  Overall tower was a great place to stay.
