This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grand Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space. The master bedroom has two king size beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a grab bar and an extra vanity outside in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV, while the bedroom has a 37" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The condo has new carpeting throughout-installed in 2018. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

  This was a very nice rental for two people. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2, even though there were two king size beds. There are too many things around to have children in there. Way too much furniture too. Beds are very comfortable though, and very clean condo.

  This is probably our sixth visit to Palm Bay Club, but first time to stay in the tower. We usually stay on the bay side and like it better over there. The tower was fun and the unit was small but comfortable and cozy. Well appointed kitchen. Slept really well on the bed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this unit again.

  This was our 2nd year at Palm Bay Club and this year we stayed in the Tower Unit 36.
  The unit was updated (from the photos I was) with hard wood floors and some new furniture. We had some electrical problems when we arrived with some lights in the unit flickering and poor cable and internet connection BUT we called down to the desk and they came up to repair. Gabe was GREAT. He took good care us us replaced the breaker and we were good to go! Our stay was very relaxing and we love the option of the Pool or the beach!

  We've stayed at Palm Bay Club before, but this was our first time in the tower and this unit. The unit looked nice enough from the pictures, with perhaps a little updating being needed. But what a surprise when we entered the unit and noticed that the entire unit had been updated! No more carpeting, which was the best surprise! The pictures should really be updated to show how nice this unit really is. The bedroom is HUGE. The 2 King beds are very comfortable. Even though it's 1 bathroom, the extra sink and vanity in the bedroom were wonderful. Location is perfect. Walk out of the building and you are on the beach.

  First off, the location is great. Everyone in the building complex was nice and pleasant. I was there during a tropical storm and never heard the wind or anything. Condo seemed to have everything I needed. Very roomy, bed was comfy.

  Pleasantly surprised when we entered the condo.
  Spacious, clean and cheerful.
  Well furnished and equipped.
  There was a Kuerig coffee maker on the unit.
  We brought regular coffee and filters.
  Contacted the office and they brought is a brand new coffee pot!
  Really nice facility and amenities.
  Condo needs some new cabinet doors and faucet in the kitchen and bath needs updated but all in all a great experience. Love the easy access to the pool and the dock on the bay side.

  Overall this property was nice . Definitely needs new faucet in kitchen and bath .
  Kitchen could use some microwave dishes. No Pyrex ware or glass casserole to cook some vegetables in . But overall Palm Bay Club is a great place to stay .
