Beautifully Remodeled and Updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom- Amazing View of the #1 Beach (Unit 38) | This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, while the bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV, both with HD TV service and a DVR. The bedroom has two queen size beds for sleeping. The bathroom has a remodeled walk-in shower. The currently remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. Patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

  Our stay at The Palm Bay Club over New Year’s week was nothing short of exceptional—I truly can’t imagine staying anywhere else. We stayed in the oceanfront tower, specifically in side-corner condo #38, and it was absolutely beautiful. The condo was tastefully appointed, reasonably priced, and offered stunning views of the ocean. Being just steps from the beach made it all the more perfect.
  
  What sets The Palm Bay Club apart is its unique setup, spanning from the beachfront to the bay. The resort offers the best of both worlds with two fantastic pools (one bayside with a relaxing hot tub), private beach access, and plenty of comfortable chairs included. The gated property felt incredibly safe, peaceful, and exclusive. Despite visiting during a busy holiday week, it never felt crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
  
  Beyond the property itself, the location is fantastic. We loved taking advantage of the free Frog Hop trolley, which made exploring the area so convenient. We walked to nearby restaurants, enjoyed leisurely strolls, and appreciated the ease of having our car for longer trips off the island.
  
  The Palm Bay Club delivers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. Whether you’re lounging on the beach, soaking in the hot tub, or venturing out to explore the area, it offers something for everyone. I can’t recommend it enough and look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay!

  Great views and only steps away from the beach. We’ve stayed in multiple units and can say the views from 031 were amazing. We were disappointed that the kitchen was lacking some needed attention. The shelf in the only wall cabinet that could hold dishes didn’t have any shelves. It appears the shelf clips had broken so the remedy was to remove the shelves. Therefore, all the dishes were moved to the pantry which rendered the pantry useless for any additional storage. There was no cutting board which was odd. Overall the location was good, the views were amazing but the amenities were lacking.

Thought we would Uber to village, but one of the Palm Bay staff told us about Frog Hop shuttle. They have an 800# you call, pick you up at your resort and take you to the village. Free service, just tip the driver. Never waited more than 10 minutes for shuttle! They seem to always be in the village waiting to take you home. Loved the Palm Bay Club...would stay again for sure.

  The view from the window is really what steals the show! The huge sliding windows allow you to take in the morning breeze. The condo is clean and well stocked, with the exception of no salt or oil in the kitchen, which are usually standard. Over all, a great deal!   We had a wonderful time in spite of the constant rain and cloudy, cloudy days for the first 4 days. The last day it cleared up at about 1:30 PM allowing us to finally enjoy some sunshine. But being under a rainy tent on a gorgeous pristine beach is better than being home in the sunshine! Palm Bay Club was beautiful. Unit was clean and well kept. The view was to die for!   Nice place. Clean. Right on beach with amazing view. Two elevators, rarely busy. Free/plentiful beach chairs. $30/day cabana rental-highly recommend. Charcoal grill-reserve in advance and share-awkward during covid. Hot tub nice and large, but always full. Tennis/pickle ball courts easy to get in afternoon. Nice pools.

  Everything during our stay was great! The only issue we had was that it was pretty dirty... Dishes had old food still stuck to them, and the bed linens were not clean and needed to be washed. There was also a considerable amount of dust throughout the condo. Lastly, the mattresses were TERRIBLE and should be replaced.
