Unit 42- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This fully remodeled beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use. The Living Room has a sofa and a recliner chair and a 42" flat screen TV with HD service. The master bedroom also has a 48” TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo has tile throughout with two area rugs. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

  We very much enjoyed our week at the Palm Bay Club in unit 52! It was newly renovated with comfortable furniture.The unit has a window view from bedroom to porch and living area!
  The kitchen was well stocked with serving and cook ware.
  The location on the crescent beach is perfect for either a mile walk into town or 1/2 mile walk toward the Crescent Market.
  Located easy for the Trolley into the village or to Turtle Beach.
  We love the area. We have been to Siesta Key for over 40 years and have stayed at the Palm Bay Club now 4 years!

  The rental was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful decor and beautiful views. We enjoyed being able to walk right to the beach as well as the bayside pool and hot tub. We didn't use some of the other amenities because the beach was so nice and convenient. Only "complaint" we had some noisy teens in the room beside us and were at times a bit loud on the beach that we could hear, but hey, I guess thats what teens do. It didn't ruin our stay, just took a little away from our sleep after midnight. Overall we loved our time here at Palm Bay!

  Always have the best stays at Palm Bay, so much that we’ve never even tried to stay anywhere else. Can’t beat a room in the tower with those views and access. Good location close to the bridge across to Sarasota and close enough to the Village for a long walk or three minute drive. Grounds are perfectly kept and all staff we’ve encountered have been wonderful.

  We needed a short get-away from the new normal and drama after a house fire destroyed my siblings’ home. It was now a waiting game for insurance to come through. This condo was perfect with unobstructed view of the gulf. It was bright, cheerful, well-appointed, and provided everything we needed to relax a little. The office staff were helpful and friendly. Instructions to using the security gate were clear. We arrived late, so the office was not open, but an email gave us the directions to open the locked box with the key.
  We loved the area, the condo, the January weather. My husband and I would return to this rental at any time.
  There is a ramp to the door and two elevators for those who might need assistance. No steps!
  We loved the Ringling Museum and ground tours. A lunch at Yoders was delicious. Beach time was available any hour of the day. Watching the sunset from our balcony was the best!

  This is my second stay in unit 042, this time for our honeymoon. The view of the ocean is perfect, and this unit is one of the few in the tower that has an open-air patio. Condo is very clean, as are the rest of the resort facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access to anywhere you need to go on the island. Kitchen has all the basic pots/pans/utensils. We did notice the veggie peeler and cutting knives were very dull and due to be replaced.

  The one elevator was out for the entire stay and we were told it had bee out for the past 3 months.
  Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no verbal communication regarding the situation.

  We have been staying here at the Palm Bay Club for the last 4 years & it is an amazing place to stay. This unit looked exactly like the pictures in the online pictures in person. The unit has been beautifully renovated & the color scheme is very calming. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Has a Keurig & a coffee maker for that morning coffee on the open balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean. The property is very clean and well maintained with several updates since our last stay. There are now lights over the bay side pool & hot tub, frequent rounding by security to make sure only registered guests are on property. Beautiful ocean views from both rooms to see sunrise & sunsets. Very convenient to the village & Sarasota

  We have stayed at 3 different condos at palm bay club, this one by far was the best with the best view. It seems to be one of the few that actually have an open balcony. The only neg was the security, while in pool or grilling with family, they were there in their carts watching us like a hawk...we obviously have wristbands and parking passes..also driving by the pool area 3x an hr and stopping and looking for 15min at a time was a bit much.. However, the stay was amazing and condo was excellent.
