This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor of our Grand Tower Building. Due to the neighboring overgrown Sea Grapes there are no views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 48" flat screen TV with Direct TV service. The bedroom has two queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The Sarasota County Fire Code calls for a four person maximum. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and also a Keurig machine. The condo has tile in the common areas and laminate flooring in the bedroom. Patio is enclosed with sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photos is not part of our property.

  It was a good experience. We enjoyed our stay and the condo. Only constructive feedback is to consider new beds and a new sweeper. The beds were loud getting out of waking others up in the middle of the night. And the sweeper ran but I don’t think it was picking anything up. The amenities were super helpful for the beach! We would definitely stay at the Palm Bay and in this unit again. The gate is a nice add since our last stay and security was present ensuring all remained well. The grounds were clean and the upgrades to the grilling station were appreciated. Another great stay!

  This is our 2nd stay at Palm Bay but the first in Unit 44. The rental is in a great location and was very clean. Even though it was the July 4th holiday, we had no problems with noise or overcrowding at the beach or pool. A downside was one of the elevators was broken.

  We had such a wonderful time at Siesta Key. The Palm Bay Club is absolutely beautiful. Our Unit 044 was great - very clean. Only missing item was an open balcony but we made due!! You can't be any closer to the beach. The better pool is across the street right on the bay. It is a can't miss. We will be a repeat!!

  Nice place overall. Very outdated. Floor cracked, shower did not drain, broken beach chair. Beds were comfortable. Beach was beautiful and wonderful amenity having beach chairs brought to you on the beach. 10 a.m. check out was very inconvenient. Parking could be tricky at times.

  Palm Bay was very clean, amenities in the room were outdated. The beds specifically were horrible. I literally was laying in a 6" hole after 5 min laying in the Tempurpedic mattress. The beds should have been replaced 5 years ago.

  The single biggest thing Plam Bay could do to improve the experience is install bathrooms in or around the base of the tower for beach goers as Casa Blanca and others did. Think of older tenants with physical limitations or younger tenants with kids spending all day at the beach. One trip to the bathroom is 1.5 to 2.0 hours. 2 or 3 trips can put a real dent in your day.

  Loved our stay at Palm Bay Club. The condo was well appointed with furnishings and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress nearest the sliding glass door sagged in the middle making it impossible not to roll toward the middle of the bed during the night, hence 4 stars for overall satisfaction. The other bed was fine. The beach was gorgeous and we loved having beach chairs provided.

  I had originally booked a different room, but they had a maintenance issue and 44 was the only one bedroom left for the time I was there, so I took it . We weren’t really in the condo except to sleep, so no big deal. We did have an amazing time. The beach is gorgeous. The Palm Bay condo and pool are very nice. The staff that takes your lawn chairs out for you was a plus! The reviews said the beds were uncomfortable ~ we loved them! I think they are memory foam. We slept great! There was zero hot water in the shower. Not even warm. I did let the office know when we checked out so I’m sure that will be fine for the future guests. The shower head was totally pink and looked like it had never been cleaned. There is a water spot on the ceiling in the shower. The condo sleeps 4, but there was at least 10 coffee mugs and numerous glasses and dishes in the pantry. We had to play shuffle just to have room for our food. The view from the condo is a partial N view- however, the picture was taken when they first bought it, bec the trees have grown up so much that the view was minuscule. The living room furniture was comfy. We will go back to the Palm Bay club, but not room 44.

  The greatness was offset by the bedding. We read a previous review about the poor quality mattresses, but we needed to coordinate accommodations with friends in the building.   We have stayed in the Palm Bay Club many times. This condo (room)was equally as nice as the previous rooms. However, both of the beds were very uncomfortable. We did not hardly sleep the entire week, which we feel is an important part of vacation. We will stay in the Palm Bay Club again, just not this condo.
