Unit 52- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf Front condo is located on the 5th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with 1 king-size beds with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout and has a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with HD service for your enjoyment as well as a Queen size sofa bed. It is beautifully furnished with an incorporated balcony with windows which allows you to enjoy the amazing coastal breezes from the Gulf of Mexico.

The people are VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, especially France, the ladies at the front desk and Bob Miller in security. We just finished booking another 2 week stay in May 2024 and really looking forward to it.

  Unfortunately the weather was terrible (30 and windy) so we truly didn’t get to enjoy the siesta experience. The condo was fine, nicely appointed except for the bed pillows which were beyond awful. The view of the ocean from the couch is completely obscured by the wall separating the two windows. Kind of weird. A trash bag would have been helpful. No mention was made that we had to bring our own and we had to remove all trash ourselves or be charged more than the $95 cleaning fee??

    Hello, thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. We do wish that you had contacted the office for new pillows, we do have them in inventory. We also supply trash bags, along with toilet paper and tissues. There is absolutely no charge if you do not remove the trash, I am not sure where that is stated. Of course there was not anything to be done about the weather, at least there is sand instead of snow to enjoy. We do hope that you can return again to enjoy the true Siesta experience, this is truly a piece of paradise!

  This was our 2nd time to Palm Bay, stayed in the tower, beach front. It was amazing, to have a full view of the beach and hear the ocean at night.
  My only concern was they changed the house keeping guidelines. We stayed beyond 7 days and expected fresh sheets and towels, when I inquired I was told we would have to launder them ourselves! Total surprise. Not a deal breaker, but would have appreciated knowing this at check in. Unfortunately their prices have gone up a lot, not sure we will be returning.

  We love the Tower and have stayed there for a dozen years now in different units. This is a prime location with amazing views. My only issue this trip was that the 2nd elevator was down for the entire week - and sounded like it had been down for some time before our arrival. It made for very long waits to get up or down floors. We rented a unit we'd not rented before and the write up said 2 queen beds but when we arrived there was one bed and we were told we could use the pullout for the other guests.

  We’ve stayed in 3 different units here, over the years. This unit had a fantastic view, was well stocked and was clean. It really needs a King size bed to make the unit more appealing. There are 2 small beds in the bedroom (measuring about 55” wide each). They were just too narrow for 2 adults to get a good night’s sleep. We would suggest replacing those with a King size bed and if the owner wants the 4-person occupancy, then add a pull-out loveseat to the bedroom. There’s plenty of room for that. We ended up having to sleep in separate beds to avoid waking each other up, from simply changing sleeping positions. The beds were just too narrow for 2 adults. Other than this, the unit was fantastic.

  Straight-on views of Siesta Key beach near its widest point. Amazing sunsets to be seen from your screened in porch. The windows can be opened to take in soothing ocean sound and breeze.   PBC has a remarkable front desk team! This goes a long way in making a stay comfortable. The pool at the tower is great. The rental process for cabanas was a Godsend and a perfect way to relax on the beach. The unit we rented was also listed for sale "as is" and it truly needed some care so we added to make it mire comfortable. The living room rug was so soiled and smelly and stained that we rolled it up and put it in the furnace room. We bought a new one and of course left it there. We did the same for a few throw cushions and also a Cuisinart coffee maker. Please note that this is an issue with the unit owner and NOT the PBC management group. Gorgeous location and beach.

  We've stayed in unit 052 several times. It is a nice unit. We love the furniture, Kitchen, Patio area and bedroom. We will likely stay there again.
  
  If you are looking for possible improvements we think the bathroom could use a facelift. The shower/toilet/sink cabinet are fine. However, the exhaust fan is loud and ineffective and there are no hooks on the bathroom door or wall to hang towels, toilet kits, or damp clothes.   This is our favorite condo so far at the Palm Bay Club!! The unit is clean & very home like. The kitchen is small, but very well stocked with what you would need to cook a meal. There is a dishwasher to make doing dishes a snap. The living room looks out over the beach, has comfortable seating & a tv with many channel options & DVD player. The bedroom has 2 full size beds that are very comfortable & a tv that is swivel mounted with lots of channel options. The balcony is my favorite place to sit & relax. It is set up with a small table & chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach & the most gorgeous sunsets every evening. You are just steps from a private beach with the softest, whitest sand. You can rent tents or clam shells (from a private vendor) or relax in the loungers/chairs provided by the resort. The pools & hot tub are well maintained. There are tennis courts if you like to play tennis or pickle ball. The staff is friendly & if you should happen to have an issue it is taken care of immediately. Very convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, activities in Sarasota or if you want to explore the key & don't want to drive you can take the free trolley. I highly recommend Kayak SRQ for a kayak tour of the bay & the mangrove tunnels while you are here. You might get lucky and see a manatee or some dolphins. Detwiler's Farmers Market is a great place to get fresh veggies, hand trimmed meats, delicious cakes & delicious sandwiches/soup. A great place to relax & unwind with nothing to worry about!!
