Situated directly on our white quartz beach with the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico at your feet, this south view allows you to enjoy our beautiful morning sunrises (possibly sighting a dolphin or two playing in the surf) while also enjoying a view of the city lights in the evening. | The new open plan kitchen has quartz counter tops, upscale appliances and an abundance of beautiful Wood-Mode/Brookhaven cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee machine as well as a 12 cup coffee maker. The spacious bedroom has two queen size Tempurpedic beds with an suite soaker bath/shower combination The living room and the master bedroom has 55 inch Tvs. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The condo has tile throughout the entire unit and a . The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The HVAC system in this unit is equipped with Fresh-Aire UV light.

It was nice to have the beach chairs included in the rental so we didn’t have to purchase chairs or haul them to the beach. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but when we called the office, the issue was resolved in 30 minutes. This is a location that I would definitely visit again.

  Condo was clean and had everything you needed. A beautiful view of the gulf! Living space was furnished lovely and had plenty of room. Comfortable beds and parking close wasn’t an issue. You are right on the beach and it was easy to rent chairs or cabanas. You have to drive to restaurants and grocery, but it isn’t too far. The only downside being there during spring break, I did get woke up one night with music. Fortunately they turned it off fairly quickly and the scent of weed was coming up through the bathroom drain despite it being a non smoking building, but that isn’t the owner’s of this condo’s fault and I would definitely stay there again.

  Wonderful resort and renovated property. Everything felt very clean, views were great, sand and ocean was incredible. We had a little bit of noise from teenagers near our unit the first night, but security was quick shut that down. The resort staff worked hard to create a beautiful, peaceful environment. One of the two elevators in the tower building was in the process of being replaced -- it looked like it was almost complete. We took the stairs most times - not an issue for us. We were very happy with the resort and will definitely consider visiting again.

  The Palm Bay Club is very well-maintained and is surprisingly clean in light of the fact that it is 50 years old.
  
  We were very ahppy with our newly-renovated unit. The only area that probably needs updating are the common areas on each floor. Specifically, the carpet is worn out. In my condo building (not in Florida), the Board of Directors decided to install tile on each floor rather than have to be replacing carpet or attempting to clean it which has a slight musty odor.
  
  We would rent here again. Fortunately, there was only one other rental tenant on our floor while we were there out of eight units per floor. We would not want to be there during high season and attempt to use the sole washer and dryer per floor.

  We stayed in the tower building at the Palm Bay club. Our unit was on the 6th floor. It appears that many of the units in building are undergoing renovations. The lobby level is updated and kept very clean. The common area of our floor has not been renovated. Our actual unit was completely renovated and fantastic. The furniture and decor are very nice and they have everything you need there during your stay. My only complaint with this property is that the pool on the beach side is far from the beach. It’s quite a walk if you just want to take a dip in the pool. It is also not a resort style pool and is small in contrast to the # of units on the property. There is a second pool and Jacuzzi on the Bayside of the property. That one is much smaller and does not have many umbrellas and is an even farther walk from the beach.

  Absolutely loved this unit. I am always looking for one with an open balcony and this one was perfect.
  We did have trouble with the main TV that the maintenance engineer could not fix so he brought in a loner and set it in from of the wall unit TV.
  Our disposal was not working, but it wasn’t a big deal this time because we did not eat our meals there. Also the light in the foyer and closet was out.
  I realize we could have called and someone would have fixed them immediately but it wasn’t that big of a deal to us.
  The view from the balcony is beautiful but you do have to be aware that people are coming and going in the front door constantly, the beach cart drives by early, and the circle drive is used to pack and unpack cars. So if you are looking for absolute quiet I would go to a higher floor, gulf front or the other side.
