Unit 72- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This newly renovated, one bedroom one bathroom gulf front condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room, dining room and patio areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two queen size beds and a 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The windows open also so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

  Great communication from owner! Unit had beautiful views of the ocean from the 7th floor! Only wish it had a balcony so we could have enjoyed it even more. Unit was clean and appointed with everything you might need. Beds were not the most comfortable, but certainly doable. Located right on the beach, just a few steps to the white sand! Close to downtown Siesta Key! Highly recommend unit to others!

  It was a beautiful place on the beach. The week we came in December was unusually cool but the hot tub swimming pool(the biggest hot tub I have ever see) and the warm heated pool were both wonderful. Kids were able to swim and adults enjoyed the hot tub all days. We will stay there again.

  This is our 4th time staying at Palm Bay Club this year we stayed in #72 the view was amazing. The condo is very dated and needs some upgrades the furniture in the pic is not what is there. There is only 1 ceiling fan in the unit and it is in a ceiling cove in the kitchen so it does not circulate any air at all in my opinion. The bathroom has no exhaust fan which is not cool it’s like a steam room when you get out of the shower which is gross! They only supplied 1 blanket and the rest were comforters sorry but I don’t sleep with heavy comforters. We called the front desk they said the owner supplies that but that they would check the laundry to see if they were there they did bring up another comforter but no blankets. The condo was clean but just ok considering the previous units we stayed in. I sure hope they get a bathroom exhaust fan put in along with a ceiling fan somewhere else in the unit.

  This was our first time in Siesta Key, as well as The Palm Bay Club and we loved it! The location to the beach, friendliness if the staff, value for the money...all amazing! We will most definitely return. My only note is that I felt compelled to rewash all our dishes by hand because the dishwasher in Tower 72 didn't do a very good job cleaning them even after I rinsed them...but not a big deal for me.

  There have been many improvements to the Palm Bay club in the last year. The staff are always very friendly. Almost every day we see Francis the property manager walking the grounds to inspect the site. He always says hello and asks how we are enjoying our stay. Such a treat to stay where everyone everyone from the person in charge down to the maid staff seem to enjoy their job and are pleased we chose to vacation there.

  The location and views from this room were spectacular. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed in the lack of other amenities. There are to go coffee/drink mugs, no wine stopper, no beach chairs or umbrella, pans weren't in very good shape, etc. There are other condos that provide many more amenities. Overall, it was fine, but definitely required purchasing more items for the stay.

  The unit worked fine for us. The bathroom could use some updating but overall the place was clean and had great views. The furniture is not as pictured. They now have a leather sofa and leather recliner but it is nice. The window seal did make a howling whistle noise when the wind blew directly onshore. We still enjoyed our trip and the condo.

  The red tide was apparent our first day of vacation and we thought our vacation was ruined. By the next day and each day after, it was cleared. The staff did an excellent job cleaning the beach too. All of the staff at Palm Bay were very friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to recognize Junie (spelling?) for his excellent service on the beach. He would not let a guest take their own lounge chairs to the beach and was on the spot to help you, always with a big grin on his face.
  
  The unit we stayed in (72) is in need of updating. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way. There was also a broken lamp and weird odor in the unit. This wasn’t enough to ruin our stay or prevent us from returning to Palm Bay but we will be more selective. The furnishings pictured are not the exact in the unit. There is no sectional, just a couch and recliner.

  The pictures are not up to date and I was disappointed with the changes in the living room furniture. The place was not my favorite place at The Palm Bay Club. I did enjoy the view, but the wind was blowing and the window seal was broken so there was a wind squeal all night long. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I love this resort though.

  Unit 072 has the most wonderful views of the Gulf. The living room picture is a bit “off” in that there is not a sectional sofa. It had a recliner/lift chair that wasn’t working during our stay. The kitchen truly accommodates one person comfortably, but is it well stocked! The beds are comfortable and the building elevator was working just fine during our stay. We really love the property’s location and the wide beach!

  The unit was very nice. Only negative is the the pots and pans were FILTHY. It would probably not be that way if you could provide a pot scrubber of some sort for each new guest. I think most people would be happy to clean up after themselves given the tools. I’m not really into cleaning up prior folks messes though.
