Unit 72- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This newly renovated, one bedroom one bathroom gulf front condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room, dining room and patio areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two queen size beds and a 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The windows open also so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

  We were disappointed with our stay this time. Most of the days there was loud banging noises outside our room with construction workers on a lift working on windows. The days they weren't outside we could hear the work indoors, including very loud workers laughing and talking. At least 3 nights or more the lift cables were banging on the walls outside our windows making it difficult to sleep.
  
  Inside we had to buy batteries for the TV remotes. It might be nice some instruction on how the two remotes for each TV work.

    We are sorry for your disappointment with your recent stay with us. But it is clearly stated in your signed contract that owners are able to make improvements and work on their condos from 5/1 thru 11/15 every year. This year was a bit more intense due to our last hurricane season of a tropical storm and 2 hurricanes that directly affected Siesta Key. Many properties suffered and were not as fortunate to recover as we were. But thank you for taking the time to share your review with us.

  Both beds sit up ridiculously high and we had trouble getting into them. Mattresses aren’t comfortable either. Chairs on the patio should be counter height, not standard height so you can actually see the view instead of the window bars. Needs updated but besides the beds, it was okay. Pics are misleading

  The view was out of this world!! I wish the pool was a little closer to the Tower, but being RIGHT THERE on the beach was PERFECT!

  It was a beautiful place on the beach. The week we came in December was unusually cool but the hot tub swimming pool(the biggest hot tub I have ever see) and the warm heated pool were both wonderful. Kids were able to swim and adults enjoyed the hot tub all days. We will stay there again.

  This is our 4th time staying at Palm Bay Club this year we stayed in #72 the view was amazing. The condo is very dated and needs some upgrades the furniture in the pic is not what is there. There is only 1 ceiling fan in the unit and it is in a ceiling cove in the kitchen so it does not circulate any air at all in my opinion. The bathroom has no exhaust fan which is not cool it’s like a steam room when you get out of the shower which is gross! They only supplied 1 blanket and the rest were comforters sorry but I don’t sleep with heavy comforters. We called the front desk they said the owner supplies that but that they would check the laundry to see if they were there they did bring up another comforter but no blankets. The condo was clean but just ok considering the previous units we stayed in. I sure hope they get a bathroom exhaust fan put in along with a ceiling fan somewhere else in the unit.

There are to go coffee/drink mugs, no wine stopper, no beach chairs or umbrella, pans weren't in very good shape, etc. There are other condos that provide many more amenities. Overall, it was fine, but definitely required purchasing more items for the stay.

  The unit worked fine for us. The bathroom could use some updating but overall the place was clean and had great views. The furniture is not as pictured. They now have a leather sofa and leather recliner but it is nice. The window seal did make a howling whistle noise when the wind blew directly onshore. We still enjoyed our trip and the condo.

  The red tide was apparent our first day of vacation and we thought our vacation was ruined. By the next day and each day after, it was cleared. The staff did an excellent job cleaning the beach too. All of the staff at Palm Bay were very friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to recognize Junie (spelling?) for his excellent service on the beach. He would not let a guest take their own lounge chairs to the beach and was on the spot to help you, always with a big grin on his face.
  
  The unit we stayed in (72) is in need of updating. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way. There was also a broken lamp and weird odor in the unit. This wasn’t enough to ruin our stay or prevent us from returning to Palm Bay but we will be more selective. The furnishings pictured are not the exact in the unit. There is no sectional, just a couch and recliner.

  The pictures are not up to date and I was disappointed with the changes in the living room furniture. The place was not my favorite place at The Palm Bay Club. I did enjoy the view, but the wind was blowing and the window seal was broken so there was a wind squeal all night long. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I love this resort though.

  Unit 072 has the most wonderful views of the Gulf. The living room picture is a bit “off” in that there is not a sectional sofa. It had a recliner/lift chair that wasn’t working during our stay. The kitchen truly accommodates one person comfortably, but is it well stocked! The beds are comfortable and the building elevator was working just fine during our stay. We really love the property’s location and the wide beach!

  The unit was very nice. Only negative is the the pots and pans were FILTHY. It would probably not be that way if you could provide a pot scrubber of some sort for each new guest. I think most people would be happy to clean up after themselves given the tools. I’m not really into cleaning up prior folks messes though.

  We had a great time in this 1-bedroom condo with a great view of the beach. Wonderful sunsets every night. We enjoyed being able to just walk onto the beach from the lobby of the tower. Thank you for making this available for us!
