This one-bedroom partial north view condo is newly refurnished and redecorated this year! It is located on the seventh floor of our Grande Tower Building overlooking the beach. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this property are perfect for watching the stunning Siesta Key sunsets. With it’s great location in the Tower, it’s just an easy stroll away from the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and include a 43" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two new queen-size beds with mattresses and another 43" flat screen TV. A tub/shower combination comprises the well-appointed full bathroom; meanwhile, the kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the items you need for meals and drinks (pots/pans, dishes, blender, utensils, toaster, and a Keurig as well as a 12-cup Mr. Coffee brewer). The condo is completely tiled throughout, and the patio is open to the Gulf so you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Please note, the pool on the beach shown in the photo is part of the neighboring property.

  We loved this condo, had the weather cooperated we would've loved it even more. No fault to anyone though. Beds were great, sheets, tons of extra bedding to cozy up with as well! All the utensils, coffee pot options, tons of dishes, extremely helpful during the storm. We loved the view as well. The front office staff were wonderful and as always the amenities immaculate. This is our second time at Palm Bay and I have no doubt we will be back soon!

  First, I can’t say enough good things about the great staff. A+ treatment. Had a leak it was fixed in an hour. Added an extra day took 5 minutes. They all went above and beyond. Room was great. Only problem I had was that a group of younger people checked in on my next to last night and I heard them openly talking about someone’s fake ID. They were loud and obnoxious. I’m the last person to get security involved in anything h and was forced to use them. Immediately they tried to remedy the situation. But they were going strong until then 1:40 am. The tower is like apartments so you hear everything. Kinda took the edge off the extra night as I was trying to leave around 6-7 and was kept up til 4. Would still stay again just not during a time the youngins will be there.

  This was my third visit to Palm Bay. We love the resort, their staff are quick, accommodating and friendly. The actual units are a crapshoot as they are individually owned. That means interior updates, in furniture, bedding and things like countertops etc are left to the charge of the individual owners. This unit is in a great location in the tower on the 7th floor with beach views to west. Beautiful! The unit itself could use some TLC. The biggest issue for us was the bed linens. They were old and worn and didn’t afford a clean feel

  Great location! Stayed in a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. Nice views of the beach/ocean. Very safe/secure. Staff is Amazing...We rented an umbrella for the beach and lounged after walking the clean, pristine beach. The only minor complaint : the apartment/condo owner did not provide paper towels and pool is pretty far from the beach. Definitely, staying here again!

  Second time to siesta key. First time staying at Palm Bay and would make that my choice next time. Although, a littlle too far to walk to the village. We took the car a few times but also utilized both the trolley and the Frogger. Both are so convenient and very little waiting time. A great perk to have on SK as most of the time we like to park the car and not drive while on vacation. We stayed in the tower and loved the location. Steps to one of the most beautiful beaches. We’ve stayed down at the Crescent end but liked this section even better. Rented a cabana everyday which was well worth it. Unit was great. Clean and well equipped. We had a leak on arrival that they were working on when we got there but the plumber was out the next day to fix it. The sunset views from the room were amazing! We had our first try at pickle ball. So having the courts there was a big plus. Staff was great, especially Bob from security and Cooper who worked on the beach. We met so many nice people during our stay hope we can make it back again next year.

  Palm Bay Club is centrally located, near the public beach and south village. The beach is huge and beautiful! The unit was a bit dated, but clean. We liked being able to step outside and be on the beach. We also really liked the lanai on our unit, a great spot to watch the sunset if you didn't want to go down to the beach. The unit had really nice blinds that were easy to close at night during turtle season. There are lots of staff around the property and they were very friendly. We wish the pool was near the beach versus near the entrance to the property. Also, the hallway on our floor always had a strong smell from someone cooking nearby, not sure the property management can do anything about that though.

  Was just right for 3 ppl, if 4 ppl will be a bit tight as there only one bathroom.

  A small issue with the checkout process. The room was left at 10AM, as required. A cleaner entered the room as we left. The key was returned to front desk at 12am. Property rules advise to leave the key at mail box as an option but we decided to return it directly to the front desk. Surprisingly, we were charged $50 for "late checkout".

    Hello Inna, thank you for the review. Our staff did attempt to reach out to you at check out time, to receive the keys and laundry card for proper check out. We left a voice mail, but received no response. We sent security to your unit to see if you were still there, and we were unable to locate you. Because of this, we assumed you had left the premises. We were unaware that you were still on property, and being that you stayed with keys in hand past check out time, a late fee was charged. The process for check out is outlined in the contract you signed, the envelope you were given at check in, the additional envelope we gave you the day of your departure, and on your check out procedure paper. We're sorry if this inconvenienced you, but this unit did have someone waiting to check in after you were supposed to leave.Again, we do apologize for the miscommunication, and we hope you have a pleasant day.

  Great location, perfect for quick beach access. Unit had some issues. The shower head is covered in pink mildew which is a major turnoff. One of the beds is dipping badly in the middle and was quite uncomfortable to sleep in, it should be replaced.

  We loved this unit! It was very clean and roomy enough for the 3 of us. The sliding windows were so nice to fill the room with a nice breeze and the balcony was a huge plus as not many of the units have them. The only downside to the property was the pool being at the back of the property away from the ocean.

  We love the place and have stayed here 2 years ago in the same room so booked the room again. The open balcony with the view sold us the first time.
  Wish we had more cooking pots and a pizza cutter because we love to save money at the grocery and make food at the condo. Wish we had more sheets for the pull out sofa bed and maybe updated beds and black out curtain shades but other then that we absolutely love this place! Security guard, Charles, is amazing he is so friendly and we gave all of our unopened food to them because we hated just throwing it away and he was soo thankful! Our gentleman on the beach everyday was so amazing, making sure we had chairs and found our rented umbrella for us everyday and was soo kind and fun! I would recommend this place to anyone and we had a lot of our wedding guests stay here also and everyone had a great experience. We will definitely be back!!

  We have now stayed in this unit twice. The overall unit and the view are among our favorites, but we probably won't stay in this unit as the beds are pretty low quality and very noisy. Anytime you make a slight move the whole bed creaks, making it hard to sleep at night. If they changed out the mattresses we would be very likely to stay in this same unit again. We enjoy staying in the tower and although our last time was the most crowded we've ever seen Palm Bay Club, we still enjoyed our stay.

  We have stayed at Palm Bay before, first time in room 74. Nice and clean, right across from the laundry and trash shoot which is convenient. I liked having a true outdoor porch this year.
  One complaint was not having the volleyball net up. Kids brought a ball and were looking forward to playing.

  We have been visiting Siesta Key since 2014, and Palm Bay Club is our go-to place to stay! This was our first time staying in our unit, and it was perfect for sunset views! We like having the open balcony and think this might be our favorite unit! The mattress in the bedroom could stand to be upgraded as it was very noisy and some of the cooking pans looked hazardous to cook with. Having a swiffer in the room to help with sand would be good as well. Would absolutely recommend Palm Bay Club and this unit!
