This newly furnished and renovated, one bedroom one bathroom with a property view condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct Tv service for your enjoyment. The living room does have a sofa bed included. The bedroom has two queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a remodeled walk in shower with grab bars. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. Unit has no ice maker just ice trays. The condo has tile throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

  Really enjoyed our stay! This is our second year staying in the same unit and we are definitely coming back again. The condo was very clean and comfortable. A couple things the owner should have done - Blinds need some repair or replacing as soon as possible. It was really hard sleeping in the morning with some of the blinds broken. Other than that, I loved all of the amenities the club offers and how close it was to the beach. Would definitely staying here again.

  My wife and I have been coming to a Palm Bay for years. The powered sugar beach, to the breathe taking Gulf water, and amazing sunsets, it’s paradise staying at PalmBay. We normally book early so we can can have Gulf views, but for this year, all units were booked for January and February. Unit 76 just happen to have a cancellation, so we booked it. The unit is just as the pictures you see. The cleaning staff had the unit spotless, kitchen had plenty of dishes, but could use better coffee mugs. A couple things the owner should have done - Blinds need some repair or replacing, and the living sofa and loveseat, could use some cleaning. We have booked Gulf views for next February. The office staff, cleaning staff, and security staff, are all very friendly. We love how Palmbay provides staffing to put out your beach chairs, and drill holes for your umbrellas. To have long walks on the beach, watch the dolphins, sailboats, parasailing, and relaxing in the sun everyday, is wonderful! So many wonderful restaurants within within the area of Siesta Key. Can’t wait for February of 2025!

  The Palm Bay Club is a beautiful complex. The grounds are well maintained. Appreciated the beach staff that placed the beach chairs for you in your preferred spot on the beach. Unit 76 was updated and cheerful. We would rent this unit again. We were moved to this unit after being dissatisfied with the original unit we booked. Do not recommend Unit 26. Beds were uncomfortable, very hard, kitchen fridge wasn’t working so a loaner was in the dining area. Unit was very noisy as it is directly above the mechanical room. Office staff was very helpful in relocating us to Unit 76.

  I rated it fair. The elevator was not good. Left us stranded on 7th floor and had to walk down the stairs. The security guard question me on the beach if I was a customer. The bathroom shower hose had black mold.

Our security team is constantly looking over the property and making sure that everyone on our beach and in our units are supposed to be there. We have an armband system that helps allow them to know who our guests are, and they're trained to look for them. This could have been a misunderstanding, so again we do apologize.   First and foremost the people working there are wonderful including the lobby cleaning lady, office, security, PBC beach attendant, maintenance. Appreciated plenty of beach loungers this year.Nice to have property enforcement by security visible and checking arm bands diligently. One working elevator in the tower was at times cumbersome. The tower is showing its age in common areas and rooms, but areas are clean. The complex itself is beautiful and noticed updating landscaping. The bayside pool lighting was needed and turned out beautifully. The pools and hot tub were enjoyable because they were heated adequately on many cold days, much better than past years. Morning pickle ball was fun. Overall a great beginning to 2022.

  We stayed in the tower for a middle-aged girls weekend. Everything from check-in to the condo location to the beach attendant was perfect! Everyone on the property was incredibly kind.
  The condo was clean and safe. We saw security patrolling when we left early for the airport (5am). The beach attendant knew what we needed before we did and already had chairs set up before we asked.
  Will definitely stay here again. Beautiful views, peaceful and very relaxing.

I do think that the property should start offering beach umbrellas. that's just a suggestion. the room itself was a really weird layout. I think going forward we will not stay in the building when returning to the property. the condos on the ground floors leading to the beach looked larger and more aggressively priced if i remember correctly.

The coffee pot had crack on the glass so we didn't use coffee machine. We made coffee on the stove. There is plenty dishes and utensils in the unit including a blender to make smoothie:)

  It was good, although since we only stayed 8 days, no cleaning, etc. Service otherwise: impeccable! One negative: we were in room 76 of the Tower. There is a divider several inches high between the large room and the smaller one. I wasn't looking and tripped on it. Fell, but only got a bruise. I'm mentioning this because some day, someone will trip and break a bone. Don't want you to be faced with a lawsuit!

  Everything was great except for the guys who rent out the cabanas. Unless you’re willing to be verbally assaulted and sworn at for asking a simple question, I would recommend buying your own chair and umbrella. The new property manager is lovely. The condos are a great location and it was a great place for adults and teenagers for Spring Break.

  My grandparents and uncle lived at the PBC for over 30 years and because of the nostalgia, I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing on the Key. The room was perfect and the front desk was very accommodating with my requests. It is the best place on the key because of the set up and multiple places to stay.. the tower, gulf condo, bay condo, each with all the amenities the resort offers.

  We booked this condo as a last minute long weekend getaway for my daughter's birthday. When we arrived it was as light and bright as the pictures make it out to be. The condo was super clean and the furniture and beds are very comfy. We noticed both beds had different mattresses, so if you preferred firmer or softer you could pick which to sleep on. Both were in great shape though - no sagging mattresses. One thing we liked about this unit is the bathroom is walled off from the main bedroom. This way we could go in and out without it being in the same room as the beds. This is great for us since we put our daughter to sleep before us. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
