This recently renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV with Direct TV service. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee machine as well as a Keurig machine. The condo has carpeting in the bedroom and has tile in the common areas. The comfortably furnished enclosed patio has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.   My wife and I went here for our anniversary. The unit had great views of the ocean. Loved hearing the waves crash at night. Could watch sunset right from your room if you wanted. Had a tiny maintenance issue that was resolved right away. Staff is very professional and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

  We were so happy to be able to come back and stay after the storms. Of Course there were a lot of things that were not 100% but the beach was wonderful mostly because there wasn’t very many people there. We did miss the main pool, but the other pool was very nice along with the hot tub. Room 92 in the tower was very nice Especially after they cleaned the windows!! The Weather was spectacular.

  We really enjoyed our stay in 092. 092 faces the gulf so we could enjoy the sound of the surf. The kitchen was well equipped for us, which we ate dinner in the condo everyday.
  
  As so many others have stated in their reviews, the couch is quite uncomfortable. Also the bar height chairs on the patio are not comfortable for long periods of time.
  
  I appreciated the security keeping others (who were not staying there) off the Palm Bay Beach Front. It was Spring Break and quite busy, so limiting the access to the beach front was helpful.
  
  The property was very well maintained.
  
  Overall, we really enjoyed the condo.

  We have stayed at the Palm Bay Club at least five times. Each time is more enjoyable than the last time. The weather was perfect, and the gulf water was crystal clear and absolutely stunning.
  This is the 2nd time staying in unit 092. My complaint is the same as last year. The sofa is just plain awful. It is so uncomfortable to sit on. No matter how we tried to get comfortable we just could not tolerate it. Therefore, we opted to rent a different unit next year. My husband and I are very quiet people. We do not go out partying into the night. We stay at the beach all day and in the evening after dinner out we go back to the condo to relax with a cocktail and watch the sunset. Not being able to get comfortable was certainly an issue for us. I would suggest the owners consider replacing it with a smaller sofa and two comfortable chairs.

  Upon arrival, the check in was very simple and the staff was very informative and friendly. The Tower we was staying in was being renovated. However, this did not affect our stay.   We have been coming to Palm Bay Club since 1998 for vacations. We have stayed in unit 92 several times, and it is our favorite! Although we love that unit, we do have some simple fixes to improve the stay. The coffee maker is very old and was getting wet underneath and shorting out, and the carafe itself was cracked. There is a Keurig, but we prefer brewed coffee. Also, the screw that holds the shower fixture in place was rusted off so the fixture was not secured and kept moving out of place. Another suggestion would be investment in some quality pillows. We did mention the coffee machine and shower issue to the front desk, so the owners may have taken care of the issues by now. The elevator not working at times, has been an ongoing problem for yrs, but is basically just an annoyance. Also the carpet and artwork in the common areas on the floors are extremely old/outdated (same since at least the 90’s) but not a deal breaker, as the units are generally modernized. In general, our stay was great and we love unit 92 and Palm Bay Cub is always our preference!

  This was our third year spending Christmas week in Siesta Key at the Palm Bay Resort and our second year in unit 92. We love the unit overall with a few exceptions. The bed is like a rock, I understand you can't please everyone with bed types but it caused major back pain for my husband and myself all week. A topper should be offered for those who prefer a softer sleep. The only other complaint is the couch is pretty hard as well. Typically we do not spend a lot of time sitting on the couch watching tv so it is not a major deal. The bed on the other hand is. Everything else about the condo is great.

  This room has a special place in our hearts. This is the room my hubby booked 10 years ago (11 years ago this October) for our wedding night (got married on Siesta Key Beach) and a few nights after, and it’s just as we remembered. The views are amazing from this room more I got, noon & night. I’m so glad we were finally able to book this room for a few nights agin. The room is clean and modern. If I had to make a complaint, the only thing I would say is that bed was too hard for our liking, but definitely NOT something to pass up this room for. The views make up for it. I hope to be back for a visit in the room before another 10 years passes by.

  The condo was very nice and clean! Kitchen is small but there were only two of us. It was well equipped with dishes, skillets etc. Loved the big windows and the view of the beach! Bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom very nice, but again small. It does have an indoor patio where you can open the windows but no outside balcony. That was my only disappointment quite honestly, that it didn't have an outdoor balcony, but then none of the condos at this location had one. I loved the location and the beach was fantastic. There are beach chairs available each day as long as you get them early. I would definitely stay again!

  We love this particular condo and Palm Bay Club is our favorite spot to vacation in Siesta Key. The amenities are well maintained and the condo was clean and well kept. Loved the new fitness center equipment. The cleanliness and sanitation made us feel comfortable in spite of the Covid outbreak. Best beaches we've experienced..
