The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a large 55", wall mounted flat screen TV with FIOS HD service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service, with a blow up, queen size EZ bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all hard wood floors throughout unit. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

  The condo 94 we stayed at was perfect for my husband and me! It was well stocked with anything you would need for the beach to having a meal in the unit. They had plenty of pillows to choose from that ranged from soft to firm! The bed was pretty comfortable as well! We went to the beach and rented the cabana and umbrella which was perfect for the first three days. We then spent some time at the pool on the other side of Palm Bay Club by the bay and that was really nice as well. Staff in the office were all very pleasant and professional!

  The staff was very responsive and accommodated all of our needs upon arrival. Can't say enough about how amazing they are. The grounds were beyond well manicured and attention was paid to every detail. Cleanliness is definitely a priority here. The entire club, private beach, and facilities were immaculate. The room itself was the star of the show! The attention to every detail, the home like feel, and the views! The view was incomparable. Having all of the appliances and cookwear was a great for morning breakfast and coffee. And a cocktail at night on the balcony watching the sunset, is something we won't ever forget.   We were on the 9th floor and I am almost 70. But I needed medicine so I had to hike up the stairs
  
  The other issue was the dryer on our floor was terrible! I had to run out load three times to get it close to being dry

  We really liked the one bedroom condo on the 9th floor. It was so close to the beach...just 10 steps from the front door. The open air covered balcony if our room looking to the northwest was my favorite! The king bed was very comfy. The pillows were not. We used the nice blow up mattress but I had to buy a 1.5 inch form mattress topper for it! After that, it too was comfy. Another king blanket and softer pillows would be a great addition. It does have a Keurig machine. Laundry and trash shoot are right across the hall...very convenient. Cleaners were desperate to get in the room and were knocking at 9:57am! I told them that I still had 3 minutes as I packed faster!! The office should tell people about Tower parking and about the trolley system/cabs etc to the village. Clean condo. Me and my two boys felt right at home in the little condo. The only other big negative was that there was only ONE ELEVATOR; owners of other units told me it has been that way for FIVE years with one broken!! I would stay here again.

We do apologize for the cleaners coming at 9:57, Saturdays during season are extremely busy with turnovers. The office does inform guests upon check-in about the trolleys and parking, it is part of the script. We are currently in the process of replacing all of the elevators, which is much needed, and there is one working elevator while the other is being replaced. We do hope that you will stay with us again and give us another chance to make your stay a memorable one!

  Very noisy with high school kids being very disrespectful to the guests peace and quiet. Not enough security people. I’ve been coming there for 20 years. This is the worst. Elevators didn’t work. I know no one will respond or do anything about this. Manager and staff very nice. Room nice. Weather nice. Kids ruined it for me.

  good news was we came a week earlier this year and avoided most of the spring break college crowd.
  Bad news was this unit not decorated as nice as last year's place despite it being owned by the same person. No blinds for windows was the biggest pain. Also very inconvenient that only one elevator was operational in the Tower all week. (esp when on floor 9 and stairs aren't an option)

  My wife and I were extremely pleased with the condo for our week stay. Nicely decorated and very clean. It’s a 1bedroom, which are generally small; but, one living room wall is all mirror which gives the appearance of a larger room; great idea.
  The open balcony, with the gulf view, is the jewel of the condo. The bar height counter with outdoor chairs was perfect for breakfast and evening.
  I would absolutely stay in this particular unit again and if it were available, I wouldn’t even bother viewing other listings.
  As far as the location; the tower is literally steps from the beach. We have stayed in this area many times, it is the perfect beach location, hands down.
  The pool on the inter-coastal side was a nice break from the gulf; excellent views.
  As far as management, I’d give them an A+. Some units (ours included) lost AC for a day due to a contractor accident. They scrambled to get the problem fixed, which they did. I know the front staff took a lot of verbal abuse from some folks; which was wrong. They were very polite and apologetic. It wasn’t their fault, yet they shouldered the brunt of it. The problem was corrected relatively quick and affected renters were compensated. I commend them for how they managed it. As far as other staff, all we met were welcoming and friendly. The security guards on site were top notch, very pleasant and helpful.
  Looking forward to another great stay in the near future.

  Overall the rental experience was positive. It was easy to check in and out and the property (pools,walkways etc) was well maintained. The red tide situation was unfortunate and we weren't able to enjoy the beach as much as we liked. The bayside pool was our favorite, it was just a long walk from our beach side tower condo. The condo itself could use a little updating and the bed mattress wasn't very comfortable for me. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

  Siesta Key beach is always wonderful! The Palm Bay Club is a very nice property. The grounds are beautiful the check in and check out procedures are easy. Our unit was clean and comfortable with nice views. The only downsides for us were that the lanai is tucked into the building such that it doesn't get much of a breeze, and the Palm Bay is a large property, so the beach gets really crowded.

  Not one negative thing to say about unit 94. Loved the room. It was clean. Fully stocked with kitchen items, trash cans, trash bags. Great view of the Gulf. Really nice the unit provides beach chairs and beach towels. Only downfall was the check-in. Out flight did not get in until after office hours. The lock box where are keys were was not working and the outside phone to call was not working either. Even the off hours staff could not get the lock box open. So it was a hassle to just be standing outside with luggage as we were waiting to hear how we would get in to our unit. Other than that, really enjoyed the stay and would love to go back in the future.
