Unit 102- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | Our Gulf front condo 1 bedroom 1 bathroom was fully renovated in 2020 and is located on the 10th floor of the Grand Tower Building. Enjoy your breakfast or sunset dinner sitting in the open balcony with full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach. Direct views can be seen from every room. To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, it sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The Master Bedroom has wood flooring, is furnished with a king size bed, a single sofa-bed and a 47" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The tiled Living room has a full-size sofa-sleeper, a 50" Flat HD smart TV and wi-fi internet. It is beautifully furnished with the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will love your stay in our unit.

  Location was a 10! Out the elevator and on the beach! Sunsets amazing! The condo is clean but in need of a refresh... bathroom average at best, king mattress uncomfortable. One of the best beaches!

  Very nice and clean but small. One of the hall cabinets is filled with a bunch of glassware that I doubt anyone ever uses. A crock pot would be very helpful and definitely used. Also, tons of kids gather every night and make a lot of noise

  The location itself is perfect. We love siesta key beach for its white sand and turquoise blue water. The unit faces the water which is lovely. However, it really could use some upgrades and general maintenance. Mold in the shower caulking, bugs in the light fixtures, rust stains, etc. with a little TLC it could be spectacular!   We totally enjoyed our 13 day stay. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the office staff and they were great. The rental unit was wonderful and the view will have lasting memories for us. I can not stress the cleanliness of the property and the unit. We really enjoyed the facility, pool, hot tub and the closeness to the beach. We will certainly stay here again when we return to Siesta Key.

  Me and my wife stayed here for a baby moon and we had an absolutely awesome time. Most of our vacations for the past 10 years have been spent in gulf Shores, Alabama. the water and beach in siesta key is far more beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful with getting us what we needed. Also the beach being private was a major plus. Will definitely come back again. Majority of places to eat are a 5 min drive.

  Our condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was clean. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The elevator was quick, even though one of the two were being renovated. The view was incredible. The condo grounds were nice to walk around. We enjoyed walking across the street to the other pool and marina area. All of the staff were very friendly.   Beautiful condo for two for a short stay. Would need laundry within unit for longer stay. Screens for bedroom doors would be nice since the balcony is open and unscreened, this was okay in February but could be a problem in seasons with more insects. The pool was a bit of a walk but plenty of parking to drive there.and it was one of the best and warmest heated pools that we have experienced in February Florida visits.. The view from 102 is the best. The beach is combed and made perfect each evening and those guys who move the beach lounge chairs to wherever you chose each day are so nice, we tipped them but they did not seem to be expecting anything for their services.

  The condo it self was amazing! The views were fantastic, the sunsets were breathtaking, the private beach was perfect! The blinds in the bedroom were missing some slats so it didn't block the sun in the morning, that was minor! There was only one working elevator, so waiting to go up and down was a little long. Our last two nights there the people below us were so very loud until after 3am in the morning drinking, yelling, music was very loud,so we didnt get a lot of sleep. Over all the stay was lovely!

  The Palm Bay Club was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was updated and clean. Property was safe and well maintained. Private beach access was beautiful and convenient. Great views of the Gulf and the sunsets. We loved nearly everything about it. The only downside was only one elevator was working the week we were there which led to some long wait times to go up or down and being up higher in the building made the steps not much of an option. We would love to stay at the Palm Bay Club again on future visits to Siesta Key.

  Views from this room were breathtaking and the unit itself was very clean and comfortable. King bed was also great. Unrelated to this unit, the tower is in need of repair. The halls are very dated/dirty and there was only one functioning elevator (2nd year in a row now) so getting up to the 10th floor could take upwards of 10 minutes. We did hear PBC is working to renovate the building including the elevators, which we will look forward to next year.

  This was our 5th time at Palm Bay & while it was good, it wasn’t as good as it was in the past. Only one elevator was working during our entire stay. The room was clean & even though it appeared to have recent updates, the blinds were so dated that two of the slats broke off simply by opening & shutting them.
  There was a teenage mob that met on the beach each night that would become very loud with music, chanting & yelling. It would have 100+ kids each night until about 1 AM. For it being a private beach, Palm Bay didn’t seem to do much to deter it. The kids weren’t hurting anything, but just very loud to people staying in the Tower.
  All in all, still a good stay.
  I do wish people would be more respectful of the beach & pick up their trash.

Although we have both our personal security team and the Sarasota County Sheriff on site every night during this time, there is only so much they can do when the number of people outnumber the staff.   We would rate it a five on a scale of one to ten for these reasons
  
  The view was wonderful! And we did have some good weather and that was nice. The first thing that we would suggest is a new mattress!! The bed was absolutely terrible. We tried sleeping in different places and nothing worked and by the time we ended we were both exhausted for nine sleep which is sad when we pay that much a day to stay there. Really the whole unit needs updating paint pictures the hall closet is so small that you can’t even get through it if the doors are open the kitchen only can fit one person and sometimes the plugs in the bathroom didn’t even work. It would be helpful if the couch at least fit one person laying down. The pillows were terrible and the sheets were scratchy
  Honestly we are not people that complain much but we will not be back to Palm Bay club. We did have problems with the TV and the Internet and we had help very soon and they handled themselves professionally.

  Rental was ready at check in even though we arrived a little early. Great view of the ocean!! Unit was clean, well furnished & tastefully decorated. One complaint is no ceiling fan on the outside balcony. That would have made sitting outside much more enjoyable because there was very little breeze blowing in off the ocean during the week. Also kitchen needs a larger(12-14 inch) skillet. The only we found was a small 8 inch, but we managed. We will definitely be back to Palm Bay next year, but will probably try a different unit.

  We have vacationed at the Palm Bay Club tower many times since 1981. I would not consider staying anywhere else on Siesta Key. We also have rented this condo several times. The building and condo are just as nice as they were 40 years ago, and the location in the middle of Crescent Beach is perfect. This unit on the 10th floor has an open balcony which we especially like, and an amazing view of the ocean and the beach.

  This condo was exactly as described absolutely beautiful clean and the view is amazing I love that it’s an open balcony we spent most of our time out there. Absolutely beautiful would recommend it to anybody well worth the money thank you!❤️

  The condo is actually as pictured! Beachfront with an amazing view. Room is large and spacious. Comfortable living space. Pull out sofa is comfortable for sleeping. Location is central to Siesta Key, easy to access restaurants and shops. Beach is wonderful!

  This unit was a wonderful place to spend our month of January and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets sitting in the lanai or family room. You can tell it was renovated fairly recently, all the items you would need are there for your convenience. We thoroughly enjoy The Palm Bay Club facilities.

  The view is unbeatable. The management is great. They got a need bed and mattress which is great. My only criticism of the place is the decor. The coach and chair is very old, stained, and uncomfortable.

  We had a very good experience. Loved the outdoor view however we wished it had a fan in it. The living room couch needs to be replaced it was very uncomfortable. But with that said _ WE LOVED IT!
