  We love this unit as well as 94 and have been coming back for years. Already booked for 2025! Here is some feedback we hope you find constructive. This unit has an issue with the seal on the glass shower door. Very easy for water to pool up on the floor which has caused some damage to the paint on the trim and door. Also some grout missing at the shower door base which could cause some further leaking and water damage. The wall between the dishwasher and range in kitchen could use some maintenance and touch up paint. The bedding is getting a little tired and worn out including pillows. A deep clean would be great. That being said we will continue coming back for our wonderful beach getaway. Thanks for everything!

The open patio with a beautiful granite bar top that points directly at the sunset was better than being oceanfront because I had a beautiful view of the sunset. The unit was beautifully decorated very clean. Could use a little maintenance as it looks a little worn down, and there is an odd smell in the unit our entire stay.

  Great condo, great views. Kitchen faucet spray isn’t working and shower drains slowly but overall great condo. The building had issues with one of the 2 elevators not working most of the week. Also the building hallway carpet is very worn and dated, and needs an upgrade but that does not impact the condo itself, love the condo.

  For the past 5 years, my husband and I have vacationed in Siesta Key, and stayed at the Palm Bay Resort. Room 104 is an amazing room. The views are spectacular, the room is very clean and completely renovated. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The powered sugar beach keeps us coming back here, year after year. You walk down to the beach and they put your lounge chairs out for you. There are cabanas and canopy’s right on the property for rent. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful. The resort is peaceful and extremely well maintained. We will continued to stay at Palm Bay every year. Once you experience this little piece of Heaven on Earth, you won’t want to go home!

  We have been coming and staying here in the Grand Tower for 8 years. This property is a paradise traversing from the beach to the bay. The property is impeccably maintained and the entire staff friendly & accommodating. The views from the open balcony are absolutely breathtaking. As “beach people” the convenience of walking out of the tower onto the sugar white sand is special. The staff at the reception office are “simply the best”. We encounter and have befriended many of the same people each year as “snow birds”. We hope to continue our reservations here for some years to come. Best location and complete property on the island.

  Our unit 104 was just as pictured and clean. Really like the open porch. Palm Bay seems to be in the middle and has the best beach and staff to bring lounge chairs (fairly new). We rented umbrella and oak chairs but still pulled one of theirs to the water. Had a great week here and highly recommend the tower (104 or 94 same set up) as it is so close to beach. Only downer just to me was gym didn't open until 8am. Like to get work out done early to eat breakfast and relax before heading to beach.
