  The Palm Bay Club is a great location, on some beautiful white sand beach. Our condo was very nice... modern looking... great set up with the sliders to the bedroom and a view. We stayed in the tower and it was very clean, quiet and easy access to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Siesta Key!

  106 seems updated and fully stocked with nice cookware, dishes cooler, beach umbrella etc and perfectly clean . Really like 2 queen beds that were so comfortable. East facing has beautiful sun rises! Elevators fixed and halls nicely updated. Only challenge was the laundry app that was new , but I figured it out , so had a great time!

  We had a great experience, our rental was beautiful, new and well kept.
  
  Location was amazing and the beach employees were so nice to bring our chairs out.
  
  However, the security team here needs more training. We were leaving for dinner one night and a loud security guard yelled over to us that we weren’t wearing our bracelet. He says “I see you coming out of the tower but you need your bracelet” I looked around and NO ONE was wearing theirs! We would wear it while using the beach etc. but if we are dressed up and headed to dinner I didn’t see the need. Super embarrassing!

  We absolutely loved the unit. Very modern and had everything we needed to be able to have breakfast and lunch at the condo to maximize beach time and then venture out to downtown Sarasota for our evenings. Only negative was the gym. It was tiny and lacked equipment. It got very crowded and luckily most people were too frustrated and left after seeing more than 3 people there. If the gym isn’t your thing then you will love this place!

  We enjoyed our stay! The Condo was well decorated and very comfortable for a 1 bedroom. We enjoyed the private beach access in such a busy time of the year. Front desk and security was friendly and patrolled the premises often, to prevent congestion. The only down fall was having 1 workable elevator and having to wait 4 days later for someone to come out and fix it.

  My wife and I occupied the unit 106 for almost one week in October. This was a perfect stay for a vacation. The description on the Palm Bay Club site was accurate, but the real condition of the unit exceeded all expectations. The owner just finished the unit remodeling and he did an outstanding job.
  Almost everything in the unit was brand new. Kitchen staff, bedding, lighting etc. are great.

  The comforters aren’t changed with each vacationer. The shower was a torture as the water could not be regulated and the pressure was terrible. If I hadn’t asked the front desk exactly where the unit was, we would have been searching forever.

  The unit had a smell. There was drilling going on upstairs for 3 days, we were on 10th floor so I am assuming that was the penthouse unit! The beach is packed and there is a charge for beach cabana per day. I thought it came with the condo. Location great and it was very clean.

    Thanks for the review Nancy. We're sorry about the drilling upstairs, renovations are constantly being made to the club, and we try to keep the noise to a minimum when possible. As for the cabanas, Palm Bay Club does NOT provide them. We go through a third party service that guests can rent from for the day, or the week. If you decide to stay with us in the future, any question or concerns you may have can be brought to the front desks attention, and we can actively seek out and try to solve them.   Very clean, nice unit. Did not realize it was Spring break and the place was packed with kids. No chairs available, crowded beach and awful traffic. But what a beautiful beach!
