Unit 112- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 50" flat screen TV with FiOS HD service. The bathroom has a bath tub with a grab bar. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with FiOS HD service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is beautifully furnished and has a screened in balcony, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one.

  Walking into our condo was the exact experience you want for a beachside vacation! There in front of you is sand and water and light, what a view. View is the same from the spacious bedroom. Comfortable furnishings and most importantly for me, great mattresses! Upon arrival we had an issue with the A/C which was resolved immediately by management. Technicians who came to fix it were professional and friendly. We were very impressed by this experience. Easy parking. Easy access to all amenities. Gym was very stuffy and small but we took advantage of it, glad to have it. Pool is delightfully warm and clean. For meals, it’s an easy ride left or right to access all kinds of eateries. Did I mention the big amenity, the beach. They keep it clean every morning is a fresh start. Cooper handles the chair and umbrella requests for guests with energy and good attitude. From the initial checkin at the office all the way to the beach, the attitudes of the employees go a long way to making this a very pleasant experience for us.

  The condo is in a great location and has an amazing view. The beach and pool access are super easy. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 teens for 3 nights and were very comfortable with the space. We did not eat any meals in the condo so I can’t speak to the kitchen, but the coffe machine was great.
  
  The complex feels very safe with lots of security. The check in and out process was very easy. The condo was clean; only complaint is 2 ants that I saw and the floor of the shower is quite uneven.
  
  Overall I would stay here again.

  My daughter and I just returned from a quick mother and daughter trip and it was amazing. This was our first time in Siesta Key. It is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was in a perfect location and the view was amazing! The kitchen is a little small but I didn’t go to cook so that didn’t bother me at all. The unit was had a box fan and a drying rack in the closet, both of which came in very handy. We had a stopped up sink in the bathroom one day but we called the front desk and they sent maintenance up immediately to fix it. There is a trolley stop a short walk from the property which was handy. Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

  The positives: an absolutely fantastic location right on the beach, very clean, lots of towels.
  Negatives: kitchen woefully under stocked with NO chef’s knife (only serrated bread knives), no turner for burgers, pancakes, and the frying pans were disgraceful with chipped/damaged surfaces (unhealthy). The bed linens need to be updated, as well; Very tired comforter.
  Staff were friendly and helpful and happily replaced the missing kitchen items.

  Our unit was small, but all we needed. The tile flooring is a big improvement over the carpet pictured. In addition, there was a nice new hightop table in the dining area and on the balcony plus new kitchen countertops. Any other slightly dated areas were quickly forgotten when the curtains were pulled back to show the views. The lobby area and common areas are dated, but fine. Bathroom corners and bedspreads could be a bit cleaner. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. You can't beat the beach here. Our kids enjoyed the warm pools.

  My wife and I have been visiting The Palm Bay Club for over 25 years, always in the Grand Tower, and frequently in unit 112. Our longevity tells the story of our happiness with Siesta Key and with the accommodations provided by PBC. The views are spectacular! The club property is beautifully and efficiently maintained. All of this would be meaningless if it were not for the staff. EVERYONE at PBC is kind, pleasant, efficient and exudes the desire to make our stays enjoyable. Special shoutouts to Tammy and her staff in the office. Our arrival was a joyous experience as the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful in making our check-in fast and pleasant. We were also overjoyed upon learning of the return of Jones to the Security Team. A true gentleman, with the most contagious smile, and yet dedicated to creating a safe and pleasant environment. Jones is the BEST! Kudos are also extended to Patricia in Housekeeping. So kind and pleasant and dedicated to attending to housekeeping details.
  
  Our specific unit was very pleasant and situated on the top floor, offers an extraordinary visual experience. It is appointed well, but could use some freshening.

  This was our first time staying at TPB. Our unit overlooking the beach was spectacular. We would have renewed for 2023, but the unit was not available.The extra space in the screen porch was a bonus. The property was gorgeous and parking convenient and attractive looking. The only thing lacking was provisions in the unit. There was only 4 forks and 4 mugs. The placemats were soiled. Otherwise we were pleased
  When our key would not work and we sought help, one of the staff members near the towers stopped everything he was doing and accompanied us to our unit. The battery needed to be replaced. He saved us from walking to the office for help. I failed to get his name, but he was so courteous and willing to assist us.

  This was our first time at your club and it was a great experience. We came in around midnight and we’re not quite sure what to do other than get our information at the lock box. When we got to our car the security officer, Charles, greeted us and took us not only to the building, but then took us inside and showed us where to go. He was extremely helpful! The front office staff was also very helpful and efficient on the check in the next morning. Charles was in very pleasant the remainder of the trip and also gave us a warm exit greeting. We loved staying in the tower right on the beach and we look forward to further trips with our family.

It's also close to the Siesta Key Village area. The bathroom could use some brighter lights over the sink area as it seems a bit dim in there. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

  This unit (112 in the tower on the top floor) is nice. The view is spectacular! You can open the living room window (no screen) and enjoy the view/sounds of the ocean. There is also a little screened in porch with a patio set to sit and enjoy too. There are beach accessories in the utility closet (didn’t realize this until the end of our last full day there). Things like boogie board, beach chairs/umbrella. These are things previous renters have left behind for others to enjoy. We left the boogie board we bought for our son (since we didn’t want to fly home with it). So, now there are 2 boogie boards to enjoy. It had pretty much everything you’ll need. Things like dishes, cookware, utensils, towels/washcloths. You will need to supply your own paper towels. They give you dish soap and a packet for one load in the dishwasher. They supply beach towels and lounge chairs for the beach. You just have to drag the chairs where you want them. The cabanas and umbrellas you have to reserve for a fee and they will set them up for you. The private beach is wonderful to have. Just wish they had a dedicated walking path to the water instead of having to trek through the sand, which can be tiring & cumbersome. My main complaint is the bed/bedding/sheets. The sheets were like sandpaper! No joke! My husband literally had a friction burn on his elbow from moving around on the sheets. There are plenty of extra towels & bedding in the bedroom closet. There is even a box fan in there (we like to sleep with a fan on). There is a washer/dryer in the utility/trash chute room out in the hallway near elevator. Also, there is carpet in the living room/eating area, just wish it was tile or laminate. If they upgraded the sheets/bed and flooring, this unit would be 10/10.

Beautifully maintained, politely and efficiently managed, and a retreat that allows us to be ourselves, not a fake, overly glitzy resort with their hands out at every turn. A medical emergency (not the pandemic) caused us to miss last year’s visit. You have earned our patronage for another 25 years.

  The pictures do not do this place justice. The condo was wonderful and the view was to die for. We used the fully stocked kitchen, walk-in closet and screened in porch a lot. Communications with property manager were thorough and prompt. Our only complaint was the pool was so far from the beach, but the bayside pool was great. We will definitely return.

  My husband and I planned a last minute getaway for after Christmas. We have probably stayed at Palm Bay at least a dozen times over the years. However, we would always rent a two bedroom two bath for our adult children to join us. Since just the two of us were traveling we needed only one bedroom and one bath. We love the Tower and always try to treat ourselves to a unit overlooking the beach and gulf. As luck would have it, when I called 3 weeks prior, there happen to be a one bedroom one bath top floor unit directly overlooking the beach and the Gulf. Everything was absolutely fabulous. I could hear the waves at night which helped relax me and put me sound to sleep from spending a day at the beach. The unit was, clean, updated and nicely decorated. Oh did I mention the view!?!? 😄 Looking forward to our next trip to Siesta Key and the Palm Bay Club.

  My fianc and I had a wonderful time we want to come back!! The only comment is about the elevator in the tower. Guests did not fallow the Covid CDC recommendations. For the most part they will use the elevator in and out without wearing masks. We were shocked about it. The rest was lovely and perfect
