Unit 114- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 2 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV and there is a new sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a standard 12 cup coffee maker. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is furnished and has an enclosed patio with sliding windows, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

  Beach is wonderful. Condo is a bit outdated and could really use an overhaul. Kitchen and bathroom’s especially. Well appointed kitchen as far as cooking needs. And being on the beach is perfect.

  The view was amazing. The property was great. I would rent a different unit because the bed was broken. It was a king size bed and you could only sleep in the middle. That was Towers unit 114. We do plan to go back for 2 weeks next year. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  Everything was fine except for the bathroom that needs an upgrade, it's very old, the shower head had yellow stains,very old shower,very uncomfortable to get in the shower there us a bathtub that is kind of high.

  Overall the condo was very nice. Bathroom could be updated but functional. Felt very safe. Love the fact that they supply full length beach chairs and even have a guy that will deliver them to you on your spot on the beach. We just tapped them everyday. I would definitely stay here again. I would not suggest renting through vrbo as they added an additional $233.00 fees!

The hair dryer wasn't working when we got there and maintenance replaced it within minutes. The entire Palm Bay staff was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

  We had last minute travel to Sarasota and wanted to stay on the beach. This is a great place that is right ON the beach! All of the staff is very friendly. We arrived late night and the security guard was extremely helpful in getting us to our parking place and helping us get everything we needed. The desk staff is also very helpful and polite. The room was great and it was just a great time, hated to leave.

  It was our first time here and let me tell you that it was a lot better than we pictured. the view from the top floor in the tower was breathtaking. everything was how it was described and more. our room was very clean and nicely done. We had wonderful help when our in laws visited and great customer service. we would love to keep this place our own little secret place to get away but we will be passing it on and telling everyone about it.

  We were very disappointed with our unit for the most part. Several items were well past their prime. The couch was broken down a n d cushions didn't even fit properly, the television Screen quality was really bad and the bathroom was at least 5 yrs late on a remodel. It took the bathtub 15 to 20 min to drain.

  Rental experience was outstanding and easy as always. First time staying in this condo. Great view and easy access. The condo itself, however, can use an update. The furniture (living room) was not comfortable-- could be the original and the couch cushions kept sliding out of the sofa bed. The 2 chairs were also in bad shape. Great location and view but needs upgraded furniture-- and the TV unit took up a lot of room as opposed to putting the TV on the wall and having cabinet located under neath it.

  The location was great with the partial view of the gulf not bad. The unit was clean but the unit furnitures (couch and bed) are super outdated and really need replacement. Definitely the couch shown in the photo does not look as it is. It was disappointing- With the rental price per night, a better couch and bed to sleep in would be more worthwhile. The booking and reservation staff are very helpful. Hoping to see an updated picture of the unit with new couch and 2 queen beds my suggestion would be awesome. Overall, will recommend but please update the furnitures given that this is a penthouse unit deserves an updated and clean looking furnishing.

  Great view, clean but everything was so outdated in the room. Old small TV with no apps. I don't need much but the tan leather sofa was actually yellow and it it was all warn out. The bathtub was original but clean. The bed was also strangely uncomfortable, maybe lumpy and hard but then again not, just uncomfortable is all I can say.
