This newly renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the eleventh floor of our Tower Building. It requires a seven night stay and sleeps a maximum of two people. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a HD 46" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The bedroom has one king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars and a shower seat. This efficient galley style kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all tile throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room and has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

  Stayed 17 nights and loved the unit. Felt like our home away from home. View was nice (saw the bay in the distance). The unit had all the things we needed. Bed was comfortable. Unit was very clean. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom and all the storage area. Management provided good service. Can’t wait to come back!

  We rent this room every year and we love the place but we have had the same issue the last couple years as follows – the paddle fan in the bedroom makes a loud click when you use it and when we were here in 2022 they said they could not replace it Without the OK from the owner and for whatever reason that never happened! another thing that needs to be addressed is the rug in the living room looks dirty and kind of rough, a new rug would go along way.

  This is our 3rd time staying at the Palm Bay. Our condo was clean and very updated. We loved the size of the bedroom and bathroom. Our only complaint is, which happened last year when we stayed as well, is shortage of beach chairs. In order for us to get 2 chairs we had to be down by 9am. By 9am they were all gone and we were unable to get any. We heard a lot of guests complaining about this as well. Overall, we had a great stay, besides the chairs!

  We absolutely loved our rental in the tower. We were in the penthouse and even though we did not face the gulf, we did have a beautiful view of the bay and a large piece of Siesta Key. The apartment itself was spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job at the midpoint of our stay. Not to diminish our wonderful experience, we did find that having only one working elevator was problematic and could have potentially been even worse than problematic. Actually, the one working elevator did stop working, leaving us kind of stranded on the 11th floor. It wouldn't havew been much of an issue for us to walk down 11 flights of stairs, but we wouldn't have been able to climb those stairs to return to our rental. Also, the general appearance of the hallways was subpar. The carpeting looked old and worn. Lastly, ending on a positive note, the grounds were wonderful. The beach is spectacular and lounge chairs were always available. Parking is abundant. The staff are very accommodating and easy to work with. In general, we were extremely pleased with the Palm Bay Club, so much so, that we booked again for next year.
