Unit 46- This newly furnished and updated one bedroom one bathroom with a property view condo is located on the fourth floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct Tv service for your enjoyment. The living room has leather furnishings. The bedroom has two queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. The condo has tile throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space which also has a queen size sofa bed. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

  This review has nothing to do with PALM BAY STAFF OR THE PROPERTY AT ALL. This review is for the owner of unit 46 in tower.Mom and I have been coming to Palm Bay Club for over 40 years never had a bad experience til the room this June 2025 I can't ever imagine beinga owner to let anyone rent this room first it advertised it has been updated this a lie maybe 10 years ago the bathroom had mold the walls everywhere where in bad shape rust inside refrigerator and out doors hinges were rusted and the lamps had rust on shades 4 lamps in all and had torch lamps from the 80's the pictures on site have no details the kitchen was pathetic the silverware was so cheap the forks bent cutting pizza i can go on but running out of space let's just say I cant express how nasty that room was it's sad to charge someone 2400 a week to stay there and say it's updated Shame on that owner I took pictures I wish I could put them on this review but I will post them on Google review and trip advisor. The staff is wonderful at this property and I do recommend staying at palm bay club but not at unit 46 tower

  Location was perfect. Unit was perfect for a couple. I appreciated the extra towels.
  Security is tight which was nice. Multiple beach chairs and the beach was perfection as always.
