Unit 84- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with fabulous views of the beach looking north! You can watch the guard stands come to life each morning on the public beach and be a part of the action of beautiful Siesta Key from 8 floors up. This one bedroom condo has been recently painted and updated to enhance the unique woodwork and Italian tile. All countertops are granite, featuring a generous bar that stretches the length of one window bank in the renovated lanai with barstools for meals, looking out to the beach. The lanai also boasts a full desk for working from home and a quiet reading nook. In the full tile bathroom you’ll find a walk in shower and a grab bar for safety. Two queen beds, a walk in closet and 46” flat screen TV make the bedroom comfortable and flexible for most needs. The living area is fresh and inviting and includes a new 55” flat screen TV. Two barstools tuck in at the kitchen bar for quick snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Please note that the pool visible from this unit is for the condo building next door.

  First off, let me say the host was amazing! Great communication throughout our booking and stay. The unit is located just a few miles from downtown; and better yet, just a few steps from the beach. The view from the unit was beautiful. We have stayed at Palm Bay numerous times and it never disappoints. This unit is our favorite. Nice layout; my husband especially liked that it had office space from where he worked each morning. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath was a nice size with plenty of countertop space. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I appreciate the extra necessities like toilet paper! Nowadays, I’m finding that the host provides one roll and after that, you have to run to the store to get what you need! All in all we had a great time and I would highly recommend this unit. We will be back!

  Great location, amazing beach, ocean view, 1.5 miles to siesta key village. Free shuttles ...gated condo...staff was super friendly and very accommodating... condo was immaculate and well stocked(towels,bedding kitchen ). Beach loungers included but not umbrellas. If your trip is a beach inspired trip this is a definite must ... Enjoy

  Would love to see unit painted white and more of a beach condo. Dated but clean. The view is wonderful but would like it more if the ledge was removed.
  Enjoyed our stay and Cooper was wonderful! Love that he brings out chairs for you daily.

  Overall an acceptable experience. However, the first four days were exceptionally cold and we had absolutely no heat. The units furnace was broken and we had to wait three days for the repairman. We were given a portable heater that was inadequate for the size of unit.

  The place was great and exactly as described. I really loved having the ocean view and steps to the ocean. It was nice being walking distance to 1 pool. We enjoyed the other pool on the intercoastal as well, but that was a long walk.

  The rental was clean and well appointed, but a couple of small issues came up. The refrigerator door was broken and made it a bit difficult to close, needing 2 hands, one to hold the sealing flap in place and the other to slowly close the door to slide the sealing flap into position. The other issue was at check-in. We received the magnetic key and instructions to use it, and it worked fine to enter the building, but upon reaching the unit, there was no magnetic key slot. The door had a combination pad instead. There was no combination listed in the materials, which only outlined the use of the magnetic key. We were able to get the door open with a guess at the code based on the gate code, so it ended up ok, but it was a bit annoying after a full day of travel. Aside from those two minor issues, the facility was very nice, the beach was right out the front door, and the unit was clean and had all the basics stocked. We were very satisfied with our stay.

  The condo was clean and the view of the ocean was amazing. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, utensils and appliances but not much of any odds and ends that you just need a little of but don't want to buy a bottle of if you are flying (spices, salt and pepper, condiments). Would definitely stay there again.
