This third floor 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people. The bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV and there is a full size pull-out sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine . The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

  Great location. unit was clean. Beach is the best. Only complaint was the resort had only 3 charcoal BBQ’s. Gas would be more convenient for vacationers.

  We had a great experience and noticed that the owners made some nice updates! Including adding 6 mugs instead of 1.
  One thing that I wish we had known is that the elevators were out. I would have requested a change if another unit was available. Stairs are can be challenging for me and we were on the 3rd floor. BUT that was the ONLY concern. We love SK and Palm Bay and hope to return in the future!

  1st time at Palm Bay Club & now our favorite spot at Siesta Key! Unit 147 had everything we needed for our party of 4. Everything was very clean & comfortable. More spacious than expected so even though only 1 bedroom we had plenty of room for 2 teens to keep their things and spread out. The beach staff was great and would bring chairs out for us. Security (Charlie?) was very helpful when we lost set of car keys! Much appreciated!

  The apartment is very dated. It looks nice on the photos but in person the furniture in the living room and the kitchen are very...very dated. The kitchen's dishwasher is very old and we were afraid to use it and apparently the prior guest felt the same way. BECASE SOME OF THE DISHES, UTENSILS AND CUPS WERE DIRTY. I am not a person that likes to complaint but this is unacceptable.
  The mattress in the master bedroom is awfull.The sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable, you are better off sleeping on the floor. Definitely we will never rent this unit #147 again.
  Over all the general areas are very clean and very well kept.

  The resort was fantastic and the beach was gorgeous! The condo was clean and in decent shape. Could use some updating but most things were functional and clean. The only issue was the mattress on the King bed. It needs to be replaced as soon as reasonably possible. Every time you moved or rolled over the mattress would come up off the box spring and you weren't sure if you were going to roll off the bed or not. I would definitely come back with a different mattress but not before.
