  We came to town to visit family who live in the area and stay at Palm Bay. The unit was perfect for our needs but please for the love of god get rid of the verticle blinds! Some are broken and we had to close and open by had daily. Beach access was great and having chairs we didn't have to pay for was a bonus too! We did tip the chair guy daily since he helped us get set up.

We didn't have a view, but still used the screen porch a little. Because there was red tide the beach was not ideal, so the location was also good for walking to the bay side pool.

  We have been coming to the Palm Bay club for a number of years and always a pleasant stay! The property is well kept, the staff polite and accommodating. The unit was comfortable and clean.
  We had an issue with a bathroom tap that was fixed within an hour of our request. Enjoy the easy access to the beautiful beach and having a large amount of beach recliners to make use of. Also enjoyed the pool. My husband played tennis pretty much every day and courts are available on a sign up basis. Look forward to coming again! If you want to go to a nice place for dinner on the Key, try Summer House Steak and Seafood!

  Year 9 staying at The Palm Bay Club, Siesta Key FL. We love the complex, clean and well kept with fitness room, tennis/Pickleball courts, 2 pools....one smaller on Bayside and large heated pool on the Gulf Side. The only real negative is that most units do not have washer/dryers, there’s one laundry room per bldg in the Club Quarters which works. They need to put large capacity washers and dryers in those rooms. Second year staying in #157, which is 1 bedroom (2 queens) and 1.5 baths. Baths and kitchen are nice and updated. Kitchen could use more glasses but otherwise is stocked nicely. Living and bedroom needs a refresh; couch is just OK, small chair is bad, need a couple of nice chairs. Beds need either new mattresses or nice toppers and furniture needs updated. Patio blinds need replaced. Updating would take the unit from good to very nice. The pictures currently showing on Palm Bay website need to be updated. The unit is always clean and spacious enough for a couple or small family.

  We stayed in #157 from January 27-March 1, 2021. This was our 7th stay at PBC and first time doing a 1 bedroom unit. We loved being on the south side of the complex which provides more sunlight, the unit is on the second floor and you look out over the top of some single story units. You can see a sliver of the Gulf from the patio. The unit was clean and spacious enough for a couple. Kitchen had everything you needed, including a blender, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig & regular), mixer, plenty of serving dishes and cooking pans. Baths are updated with walk-in shower...wish the half bath had the higher ADA stool. Queen beds were comfortable with a very firm mattress, a thick mattress pad would be nice. Furniture has been updated from sofa and large chair to a new sofa but there’s no chair in the living area. There is one in the bedroom that could be moved in, but not very comfortable. Nice dining table that seats 6 and there’s patio furniture. Location is good to beach and main pool. The things that could be done to improve would be: new 1/2 bath stool, new patio blinds(badly needed), add a chair in the living area...these additions would take the condo up a notch. It’s nice and comfortable enough that we’re returning next year.

  This is my 3rd time to stay at Palm Bay Club and I defiantly will stay again. The property is well maintained and kept up to date and I feel very safe at the property. Even the beach area is one of the nicest beach areas in either direction because PBC keeps it clean and groomed. It's conveniently located to Sarasota and the surrounding area. Every morning I walked just over 2 miles to the Siesta Key village and ate breakfast and walked back. It was a great way to start my day. My condo was nice and had everything I needed but the furnishings and fixtures need updating. Window blinds for example need to be replaced. I would still rent the unit because of convenience and location and overall care of the facility.
