Newly Renovated Second floor 1 Bed 1.5 Bath on the gulf side of beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Because of its location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people.
All new kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, updated bathrooms with new touch light mirrors (no more shadows). All new furniture the bedroom has a Beauty Rest Beyond King Mattress with adjustable base and a 42” TV, the Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa with a 65” TV with streaming services for your enjoyment. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  Once again, we had a great week at Palm Bay! We’ve been vacationing at SK for many years and although this year’s trip was 1 week after the reopening after 2 back-to-back hurricanes, it did not disappoint! The staff at Palm Bay obviously had worked very hard to get the property cleaned & repaired and the beach was just as fun & beautiful as always. Unit 172 Is our favorite. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

  Our stay at Palm Bay was nice. It is a gated community which is great for feeling safe. There is no maid service, but that is perfectly fine, I prefer to keep my own unit clean. However, I do feel they should supply some cleaning products to be able to keep the unit clean, it should not be my responsibility to buy cleaning products for their property.
  
  Our unit #172 was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only real issue was the water pressure, it was tough. I realize a lot of rental units use water savers, but if it takes 45 minutes, instead of 15 minutes to shower and wash your hair, that’s frustrating, and in my opinion that doesn’t save water.
  
  The beach is very large and nice, however, it was too long of a walk for us. After getting to the beach, you still have quite long distance to the water. Palm Bay does supply beach loungers, but they are first come, first serve. We did rent the beach chairs and umbrella for the week from the Company servicing the area which was a necessity for us, especially the umbrella for keeping a bit cool. We reserved our items online for the week, and they setup your reserved chairs in the area you prefer, so they are there when you need them.

  We have been going to Siesta Key for the past six years. Palm Bay hhss been great! The only time we had complaints was when we booked through Travelocity. After that we always booked directly through the Palm Bay website with no problems. You can see exactly what the condo looks like, room by room, and see their availability and price. Love the short distance to the beach too. Can’t wait to come again next year!

  Nice, clean condo and property. Check in process was easy. Beach is a short walk thru the resort. Umbrellas, etc are available for rent thru an outside company. Unit was very quiet and private, bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had a nice assortment of dishes and supplies. Only complaint that I have is that the cleaning fees were not included in the pricing on VRBO (and I didn't notice). So consider that if you are comparing rental prices.

  This condo was exactly as described. It was neat and clean with all listed supplies included. We were able to cook our meals every day (the kitchen had every utensil needed). Trader Joe’s and Publix are a short drive in one direction, with Siesta Village in the other direction.
  
  Accessibility to the beach was a huge selling point, as well as the pool. I appreciated not having to pack beach towels, as they were available in the condo. I walked on the beach every day and had breakfast on the screened balcony. Staff members were helpful and friendly, answering any questions I had. Parking was always available near our unit. I would stay here again without question.

  Everything was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We needed a smaller unit ( 1 BR) for this stay and the one we rented was is near the tennis court/pool area and never was noisy at all. Even though the unit was 1 BR it really didn't feel small at all. We were surprised that the parking was never hard to find close to the unit.

  The condo itself was clean and met our expectations . It was well maintained and comfortable . The screen door entering the condo did not properly fit the door and slammed shut every time entering or leaving . The dining chairs needed sliders or a rug under them because of the loud scraping and squeaking of the chairs on the tile floor every time one sat down or got up .

  Love Palm Bay! Grounds security was very visible and friendly. Staff is professional and friendly. Unit needs minor repairs. Water pressure is poor and faucets need attention.   Unit 172 is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Though the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, we didn’t use it much as we ate out almost every meal at the various restaurants on the key (a sandwich at Anna’s is a MUST!!) The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. There was The pool and beach were both beautiful. We’ll be back!!
