This renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the second floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! It is just steps to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two new full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes.

  Great place to stay. The windows and views are fantastic. Clean, big, no complaints. The only drawback to this unit was the beach noise. It was essentially teenagers spring break every night on the beach outside our room. It was very disruptive to be kept up until 3 am every night of the stay. There is a noise ordinance starting at 10pm but it doesn't seem to apply to the beach. The only suggestion the staff gave was to call the police.
  again, it was a very nice room but the beach parties were very disruptive with 2 small kids.

When there a one hundred teenagers, our Security staff can only handle so much and the police unfortunately have to be notified. It happens with every beach in Florida this time of the year, right before school commences.   Wonderful experience overall!! Only things missing were in room beach items like an umbrella, small cooler, chairs. Also there is not great walkability to stores and restaurants but the trolley stops at the main gate! Beach is absolutely impressive at Palm Bay and maintained by a great crew, definitely get your fees worth! The unit was spotless and perfect for our family with small kids.   We stayed in Unit 21 ofThe Palm Bay Club from May 5-9. It was our annual sister/friend trip, (two sets of sisters and best friends). We couldn’t have been any happier with our accommodations. The resort was in the perfect location and the property was absolutely lovely. The condo itself was decorated perfectly for a beach condominium, and looked exactly as pictured on the website. It was spotlessly clean, too. You can’t ask for more than that. Other than not having a washer/dryer inside the unit, it had everything you could possibly need. There was a laundry facility on our floor and we were given an access card that we could’ve paid to use the washer/dryer had we wanted to do so. The beach service folks are great. You tell them where you’d like to be and they place your beach chairs for you. There’s an umbrella/cabana rental service available as well. The powder white sand on this beach is incredible and it was evident that the grounds crew work diligently to keep the beach area meticulous. We were amazed at how clear the water was. We agreed that this was the prettiest beach/water we’ve seen in Florida and is comparable to the water in the Caribbean. Yep...it was love at first sight. I know for sure I’ll be back.

  We wanted to show our grown gkids the beach I grew up on. We needed a place not only on the beach but with views of the kids in the water while we sipped our mai tais on the veranda or even from inside the apt.
  This apt. was perfect. So spacious, so CLEAN, so nicely decorated, exactly like the pictures.
  The second floor was high enough for a view but low enough that we could take the stairs and were out on the beach in 2 minutes.
  The staff was the most friendly I've ever encountered. The facilities were just as described. Having beach towels provided was a godsend since we didn't have to pack them. There was a starter amount of coffee and dishwashing liquid. I would have liked salt and pepper cuz it really is a staple.
  This location was near the bridge so it was easy to get off the island to enjoy the rest of Sarasota as well.

  Great unit, super clean, wonderful front on ocean views from every window. Love the new furnishings and mattresses. It looks way better than the pictures show. December is a great time to go, great weather and fewer crowds. Also, there is a Christmas lighting contest and all the resorts along Midnight Pass Road are decorated to the max. It was great to see. There is a parade of boats lit up for Christmas some time in December but we missed that. I would highly recommend staying in Palm Bay Club unit 21.

  I rented two rooms for this vacation and they were both fantastic. The views of the beach from the condo building are second to none.
  Pure white sand beaches with pristine water. The Palm Bay Club is a great place to rent from with friendly staff and all the amenities like pool and tennis courts, etc.

  ** keep an eye out for the red tide report before you go on vacation. This has nothing to do with the Palm Bay club but something that could definitely effect your vacation if staying on the gulf side of Florida.

The coffee table glass didn't have any grips so was dangerous. the outdoor furniture needed to be updated. I love the Palm Bay Club location and the beach but the unit needed to be updated and furnished to be comfortable for a family to stay there. Was also disappointed that there was no cleaning--just new sheets and towels dropped at the door. I will definitely stay at Palm Bay again but will look for a more comfortable unit.

  We stayed in 2nd floor 2/2 condo in tower. Facing beach. Beautiful views from each room. Very clean condo. Decor a bit dated, beds old and bad pillows.
  But plenty towels and beach stuff. Power went out one morning but appeared from work on the main road. Pools and tennis courts nice tho pools not very scenic.

  We have stayed at Palm Bay numerous times, and always try for a corner unit in the Tower with the fabulous water & sunset view. This unit met that objective, but we found the beds to be in very poor condition and the kitchen was poorly stocked as for cookware and cooking utensils- knives were not even usable & all nonstick cookware in bad shape. The unit was clean, but kitchen drawers & cabinets had crumbs in them. Coffeemaker malfunctioned, but a replacement was sent right away. If mattresses were replaced and most of kitchen gear replaced, I could then give it a 4/5 star. We loved that the porch was not inclosed, so that open air is always flowing through. Most units in the Tower have been glass inclosed.
