  The location was nice and the unit was clean and spacious. The unit was great and we'd stay there again.
  
  Only minor issues are we had some code issues as they were trying to update the entrance system to the tower. W/D unit on the floor were always occupied and one took my money without washing our laundry.

  Loved the unit. However they had showing(s) from the time is was cleaned to when we were allowed to move in at 4PM. We have stayed at Palm Bay for well over 13 years and this was the first time we did not get in until 4 (which I understand is per rental agreement). There was a lot of sand brought into the unit and not cleaned as expected.

  This was a wonderful location for a vacation. We could see the beach from our unit and the sand and water are just gorgeous. You were about a mile to 2 miles away from just about everything in either direction. There is a free shuttle that you can use and downtown siesta key is adorable with lots to do. There is not a lot of things to do for young teens it is very much a low-key type of vacation. The bathrooms and bedrooms in the unit were a bit dated and could be overhauled but it was very clean and I would stay there again. The pools are on the small side and there is one in the middle and one on the bay. The larger pool in the middle is not used very much because it’s far enough away from the shore that it doesn’t get the breezes and is very hot during the day. We had friends that stayed in a unit on the golf side I do not recommend because it is a pain to walk across and clear down to the shore. In addition there are no public restrooms on the property so if you need to use a bathroom you have to go back to your unit . Overall I would recommend the property but I would reserve early and try to get ocean front!

  Palm Bay property was beautiful. Room was very clean upon arrival and had all amenites needed. However, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy and the walls are so paper thin, I heard the man snoring in the next condo.

  Our experience honestly was amazing. The front desk staff (Tiffany) are so AWEOSME, the security is on task and great (Charles and Ron). We have been renting here 6 or 7 times and we love it! The beach is so beautiful and they have a company that will put up tents for you daily.
  We were slightly disappointed with the unit we rented (it was our first time in that unit). We had some issues that distracted from our great experience thankfully staff was so attentive as always and got things resolved super quick. Our blinds did not close which prevented privacy and let in light very early, the dishwasher supposedly had been changed so it was not connected, the AC stopped working twice in a week.

  I was disappointed this year. I have been coming to Palm Bay for years and was married on the property as well 13 years ago. The elevator did not work, the towers door did not work, and the washer on our floor was also broken. The condo it’s self was beautiful and amazing as always.

    Hey Stephanie, thanks for the feedback. Due to a guest's children jumping on the elevator and breaking a safety mechanism, we had to shut it down for safety reasons, leaving us with one elevator for the tower. The door to the tower had a mechanical failure at the same time, and would not close, which resulted in us having to close it manually during the storm blowing through so it wouldn't flood the lobby. Many of the issues from this week, including the washer, are all thing we had to call third party for assistance for, as did most the islands residential areas. We're sorry about the inconveniences you faced, and we hope to see you again with us in the future.

  Unit 27 was very nice. The only complaint is the TV's.....very difficult to figure out, and we had 3 service calls to reset TV's. Cleaning service was terrible....1 cleaning over a month, and the second towel service, they took the dirty towels and didn't replace them. Our biggest complaint is the dingy - filthy hallways. The wall paper and carpeting should have been replaced years ago. Owners need to spend money hear. Also your mask policy in buildings and elevators wasn't followed or enforced. And their is no security personnel on the beach so some folks just blast their music

  The unit is spacious and in good condition. It has been recently remodeled and has plenty of storage etc. Most importantly, the beds are comfortable.
  The bathrooms are small, but they have done the best they can with the limited size. I would recommend this place. The bay pool is nice and the beach is beautiful! To the owners - I would recommend two small changes. A light on the balcony would be very helpful. The towel situation at Palm Bay is not ideal. They do not replace towels more than once a week so they are a bit unsanitary which is surprising and unhealthy. The owners can't change this unhealthy policy, but they could help by putting up beach towel hooks in the hallway and/or on the balcony so they could at least be aired out.
