**THIS UNIT NO LONGER HAS CARPET IN ANY ROOM**Unit 33- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | | Unit 33 is a two bedroom two bathroom sleeps six people maximum. This gulf front condo is in the Grand Tower, located on the third floor directly facing the beautiful white sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is open with a bar seating for two on bar stools, also fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, and built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and toaster. The living room is furnished with a sofa, love seat and two swivel chairs. The 48 inch flat screen HD television is mounted on the wall for better viewing pleasure. The dining room has a table with seating for six. The master bedroom has 2 full size beds with a 32 inch flat screen television. The master bathroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40 inch flat screen television. The guest bathroom is also a full bathroom with tub/ shower combination. Tile floors throughout the unit. *New photos coming* The private screened balcony has chairs and end table for enjoying the ocean breezes. Protected sea grapes have obscured the views.

  We were very happy with our stay. The view of the beach was BEAUTIFUL. Believe that this was the nicest option for the money spent. Note that the beds are "Full" size (thought they were "Queen" size) so one of our 5 guests slept on the sofa which was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with what you would expect and we were surprised that other beach-related items were available in the unit (pool noodles, soft sided cooler). While we spent a fair amount of time on the beach (renting unbrellas was super easy), we also enjoyed the pool at the east end of the property. We recommend and will be back!

  Parking was terrible! Very few handicapped spaces! No designated parking for the unit that you rent! Then I tried to rent it next year at the same time they said they had already rented it for next year! The policy states that on January 1st of the previous year, all units for the following year become available to the public. We run a first come, first serve system. Parking on our property is run by a one-car-per-unit basis, with multiple handicapped spots throughout the property.   Check-in was ok. When we got to the unit, the carpet was dirty as were some of the dishes. We were given a tiny thing of dish soap and needed to pay for everything else including washing our towels. (And when you have 3 kids and 2 adults - 6 towels isn't going to make it 6 days.) Both the pool area and workout room were not well cleaned or upkept. The view beautiful - but definitely not worth the amount of money we paid for the unit. I would have rather had lesser of a view and better service and amenities.

  This was our 2nd time to stay at The Palm Bay Club. This unit was very nice, clean. The carpet was a bit dated, but did not bother us. The beds were comfortable. The view of the beach and the ocean was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

  We had a great time. The laundry facility was very convenient to our condo. They provided carts to move our luggage and food into the condo. We appreciated that as well. The items that needed fixing were communicated to the office, and they were fixed right away. They could have provided a little more of the basic cooking items like we have experienced in the past in other rentals. But, we knew that up front so we expected that. Overall we had a great time and would definitely go again.

  Very minimal amenities - not allowed to bring glass on beach, yet very few utensils safe to bring out. There weren’t even paper towels, trash bags, or dishwasher soap! No travel shampoo and conditioner, etc.
  Made it tough for a short stay as we had to buy a lot of supplies so just plan to be prepared if you stay here!
  
  Carpets were pretty gross - could stand a good cleaning. Porch was facing a big bush and condos next door - not the beach! So strange.

  the property is wonderful. We have stayed on the beach-facing side several times and love the location. This unit has the opportunity for a refresh.
