Unit 41- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | A two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front view condo located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and a 47" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower with a bench. The patio is enclosed which adds wonderful living space to the living room which is equipped with a large 43" flat screen television. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker. The condo has carpeting in the bedrooms and tile in all other areas. The sliding windows in the patio and dining areas allow you to enjoy the beautiful ocean breezes.

  The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The views from this unit were stunning. The only concerns I had were pertaining to the property in general. There isn't any lighting around the entrance grounds of the building. It was very dark at night. The laundry room needs updating.

  We had a great stay for the 3rd time at the Palm Bay Club Towers Building. This unit was modern, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed in two other units, both with the same view (different floors), and this has been our favorite unit. As someone previously commented, the AC (and wind) makes the windows whistle in the master bedroom to the point I had to crack the window at night to get good sleep. Perhaps some fresh sealant would help! Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would definitely return and look to rent 041 again!

  When you first walk into the main living area, it's a bit overwhelming how beautiful the views are. There floor to ceiling glass through the entire area. And the views of beautiful Siesta Beach are everywhere. The place is beautifully decorated, spacious, roomy, and well stocked. Owners did a really good gob here. You won't be disappointed. The only thing that I must mention, and its not the owners fault; the building elevators are always breaking down.

  The main reason unit 41 was chosen was the location - aka - the view. Excellent - right on the beach. My only real complaint or suggestion is simply this. The owner of the unit invested to have this unit remodeled - I'm sure wasn't inexpensive to do. The LED lighting chosen (if that was part of the remodel) is horrendous. Why spend all that money and then feel as if you are going into surgery every time you light up the place in the evening? Loses so much ambiance once the spotlights are turned on. Softer lighting, maybe a few dimmers - go a long way. The lighting would certainly not deter me from returning to this property, however.

  We spent 5 days in this beautiful condo. The unit was decorated nicely and the view was absolutely spectacular! We’ve stayed at Palm Bay countless times and this unit didn’t disappoint. I do think it was missing some of the basic conveniences provided by other units such as a cooler for the beach and some kitchen utensils and items for cooking. Otherwise, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

  Stayed for 2 weeks ending March 11. We were very happy. The unit was recently renovated. It was very up to date and well appointed. Comfy furniture and beds. Lots of towels and linens. The staff was top notch. very friendly and helpful. The common areas were cleaned regularly and were tidy. The beach help was great. Highly recommend.
  
  No important negatives. Minor issues: No baking sheets in the kitchen. Dullest knives on earth. The master bedroom windows whistle when the ac is on or when windy outside.

  The condo was in great condition and couldn’t beat the location right on the beach. It is super spacious and had everting we needed. I liked that the resort was all the way from the beach to the bay side of the island. It was fun to walk the property, but I do wish there was a pool closer to the beach side. There was lots of parking and the help desk was super friendly and easily got us checked in. The condo is within walking distance to the public beach that has a great park for kids and only a couple minute drive to the main end of the island where most of the restaurants are. I was very pleased with our stay. Red tide had just started to get bad, which was unfortunate, but nothing the condo could do about that!

  Our unit was the best! Windows that faced the ocean all the way around. It was decorated nicely, and we had just a blast and enjoyed our views sunup to sundown. The Palm Bay Club is just beautiful also. The staff is phenomenal, from the front desk to the beach person. Nothing better than driving down the palm-lined street to the towers. We've been coming here for years, and will continue to do so.

  We stayed in a corner unit right on the Siesta Key beach, beautiful location. The unit was perfect, clean, nice furnishings, noise free from neighbors. Parking was easy, restaurants were close by.   We came to Sarasota on our girls trip, for a little getaway. My sisters, ,and a couple of our friends. We usually go to Mexico, but thought we would stay in the states this year, because of Covid. It was a little cooler than we wanted, but we had a great time, anyway. It had been years since my sisters and I had been down that way, since my parents used to vacation in Englewood, and go to Venice, and St. Armands circle. We visited all of those places again, and it brought back memories.
