Unit 75- This newly renovated, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom partial north Gulf view condo is located on the 7th floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach! The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo are ideal for watching evening sunsets! Our two bedroom units sleep 6 people max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, both bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The master bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination and the guest bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. The living room is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking- pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and standard coffeemaker. This condo has been newly tiled throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allows the most spectacular views of the night time city lights. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

  We had 3 condos rented for 14 family members. Very happy with condos. I’m good shape with ample kitchen supplies. Our only complaint was location. There were no restaurants within walking distance from the condo. We stayed in the Tower so to go to the hot tub across the street was quite a walk back & forth. It also would have been nice to have a public bathroom by the beach so you didn’t have to go back to the condo if needed to use.

    Hello, thank you for your review but I am afraid these are issues that we cannot change. There are no restaurants for any of the condo associations on Midnight Pass. Your unit was right on the beach so you were the closest to bathroom facilities. We do hope that you enjoyed the condo, beautiful beach and two pools.

  Nice sized condo. It’s located where you have access to the beach and the inlet which is perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. The unit does have a Keurig, although it’s not posted in the description. Loved the view but we were disappointed that the windows with the view were inoperable. It would have been wonderful to hear the waves while sitting in the living and dining room. Great security on a private beach.

  We had an amazing time celebrating my moms 60th birthday in Siesta Key. This place definitely surpassed our expectations! The building is literally right next to the beach where the sand is truly amazing. It was so convenient being able to run up to the room for a couple minutes just to grab things or an extra beverage. We loved the night time walks down the long driveway towards the water. Beautiful lighting and palm trees all the way to the other end of the property where we were very pleased to find a tennis court, another pool and hot tub. Would definitely like to come back!
