Unit 81- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautifully renovated two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 8th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! For your entertainment pleasure, the condominium boasts a high definition Smart TV, book and game library with Netflix access. The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 42" Flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 42" flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service and DVR. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker/Keurig, cooler, beach toys, and a beach umbrella round out the amenities. The condo has tile throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.

  The view cannot be beat, the PBC is centrally located, it felt very safe and secure, the people running it were very nice and the weather was wonderful! I used the gym every day, we walked on the beach and swam, we swam in the pool.... we all (4 of us) - thought that if you put in a small pub/bar on the property - it would be the perfect vacation spot!

  Very pretty, updated corner unit with floor to ceiling windows providing excellent views of the bay. Close to restaurants and Siesta Key Village. Some areas could us a little TLC. Two issues for us were the balcony is enclosed so very hot and usable, and the pool was very far away from unit and beach so never used. Would have been nice to cool off in. Regardless, very nice unit.

  We absolutely love this unit at Palm Bay! Everything was gorgeous. Interviews are exceptional. We cannot wait to come back. The only drawback is having a broken elevator, which has been the case both times we have stayed. Otherwise it’s exceptional.

  We always enjoy our stay at Palm Bay Club! Our condo was updated, clean, with great views and easy access to the beach. While the entry of the building is nice, the hallways of the condos could definitely use an update. One of the elevators was broken as well, creating some delays during busy hours. Overall though, a wonderful stay and we will be back!

  We rented for 4 nights in September and loved every minute of it. This 2bed/2 bath is just beautifully furnished and appointed with upscale furniture, counter tops and cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms.The biggest seller are the views. There are beautiful views out a full wall of windows that face southbound Siesta beach and there are views from both bedrooms as well as the living room facing the gulf. You could not ask for more. The property stretches from gulf to bay. So you can walk the beach then walk the paved road and cross Midnight Pass to the bay side which has a pool that faces the bay. There is seating and a dock. The pools are fine but could use some landscaping. The one facing the bay is nice, but the main pool is just kind of ordinary. Both are a bit of a walk from the condo if you have mobility issues or small kids. The location is about a mile south of Siesta Village and there is a free shuttle that is very convenient. The beach is pristine and cared for well. There are nice beach chairs and lounge chairs to use. Staff in office and throughout property are very nice and welcoming.

  We LOVE the location of this unit. We love the style and the furnishings. However, we had a few problems this stay. It was clear that the floors had not been swept at all when we got there. Our one year old (who crawled around constantly), crawled on the floor for about ten minutes and his knees and hands were black. When we called, they were incredibly nice and said they would get it fixed the next day. They did. However, the cleaning crew came up while my son was napping and insisted there was no way they could come back and so I had to wake up my son and leave. There is also a hole in the floor in between the table and window which has been there for over a year and really needs to be fixed especially since it is a kid-friendly unit.
