This completely newly renovated two-bedroom two-bathroom Gulf view condo is located on the eight floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are ideal for watching evening sunsets! This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed with a 42" flat screen TV, while the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and guest bathroom have tub/ shower combination. For your convenience, this unit is also equipped with a stack-able washer and dryer which is located in the guest bedroom closet. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room which expands your entertainment area and is equipped with a 47" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service on all TVs. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

  Wonderful vacation at Palm Bay Club. We stayed in the main tower and it was just a step out the door and onto the beach. This condo was very spacious. The bedrooms need blackout window treatments. The sun comes up and we were up too. We will definitely stay there again.

  Second time staying at Palm Bay. So awesome! Staff is wonderful, beach is amazing!! Location is great for getting to the Village and Sarasota and St Armond. The unit was beautiful, spacious enough and gorgeous view. If there was anything that I would suggest is to update bedding in both rooms and add a few more pieces of silverware, only 4 forks and spoons so had to wash a couple times a day. I WOULD NOT CALL THAT DEAL BREAKER! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Loved it!

  Palm Bay Club is a beautiful place and well managed and maintained. However our Tower room 085 needs some TLC and maintenance.
  No room darkening drapes in bedrooms so you are up when sun comes up!
  Dryer in bedroom vents to room so heat and dust there also!
  Sink facet sprayer not working
  Fridge ice maker dispenser not working
  Not many utensils and the skillets dated
  Window sill ledge in living room has pot holes all across it
  Window slats in bedrooms had several slats missing but management had them addressed immediately

  Stayed at the Palm Bay Club for our Christmas Vacation. The accommodations were great for our family. The unit has a washer/dryer and this is a definite plus. Beds and furniture was comfortable. The work out facility is great. The beach front is great as well. Only negative would be the fact that you have to be up and out by 8AM to get chairs for the beach. While this seems to be a issue at any resort it would be great if there were more available for the number of guest. Great place and we will be back.

  The Palm Bay Club is a great location, easily accessible and centrally located. It’s about 20 minutes from a lot of different activities (dining, shopping, water sports, tours, etc), which is perfect.
  The private beach is immaculate and the staff are very helpful.
  The tower was in the midst of maintenance & repair construction while we stayed but it really wasn’t that much of an inconvenience, besides only 1 elevator being in service.
  The unit we stayed in was nice, but the beds were not the best quality. With improved bedding and outside of the construction window, this would be perfect.

  This condo was perfect for our family of 6 (4 young kids). The accommodations were clean, comfortable and the unit was very spacious. Bonus with the laundry in unit! Be sure to bring extra TP and garbage bags. We had to buy everything, coffee filters, seasonings, oil, etc, wish they had at least the basics.
  
  We were steps from the beach, and had a really pretty view, amazing sunsets and sunrises. 1 of the elevators was down the entire week which delayed us a lot, but everyone was super patient and understanding. Can't wait to go back and rent this exact unit!

  This is our second time visiting Palm Bay Club. The Tower location is ideal. The beach is beautiful and the supply of lounge chairs is plentiful. While the island is crowded, the Ply Bay Club is close to many Sarasota and Siesta Key restaurants. We are coming back agbain next year.

  We are frequent visitors of Palm Bay Club and have stayed in many of the tower's condos. Unfortunately, I need to say that condo 085 did not meet with the standards that Palm Bay Club has established in the other condos. We felt the beds were uncomfortable, the living room chairs are showing their age, and even the rugs were curling on the corners. Overall, the condo was fine, but not at the same standard of other condos that we have stayed in.

  This condo was excellent, typical of several we have stayed at over the years. The front carpet was a bit aged with corners bending upward. My only complaint was limited tv channels, but this is very typical of vacation rentals.

  The condo unit was clean. It was spacious. King bed in the master suite was so comfortable. They could use some updated kitchen pots and pans. The toaster was not working and they were very quick to replace it. Our only issue was the noise level. The entire resort had many families with teenagers on spring break. The teenagers were very rowdy at night. Security was called multiple time by guests to complain about noise between midnight at 2am. We were told at one point the local police were called. We were also told this is only an issue in March for spring break. We have stayed multiple times at this resort in March and never had this experience. The entire town was packed too. Minor point.... they have updated foyer on main floor of tower building but the carpeting/ wallpaper on the floors is old and dated

  The condo is beautifully furnished with everything that we needed. The photos do not portray the excellent view of the beach to the north. We would rent this unit again. Renting through the management office of Palm Bay provides many more amenities and response to any issues that renting via VRBO or an independent leasing company. One note: Only one parking pass is allowed per unit. Guests are to park at the office and not closer to the beach.
