Unit 95- Completely renovated - 2 bedroom / 2 Bathroom Condo with Amazing View of #1 Beach!! | This two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The living room is equipped with a large 60" Flat screen HD TV for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV, both included with FIOS HD TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee coffee maker. The condo has laminate wood flooring throughout. The comfortably furnished patio with sliding windows, allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

  The unit is large with a good layout; position of the building on Siesta Key is excellent (a few short steps to a world class beach). Partial view is just that; not having a balcony is not good but the price reflects the shortcoming.

  The first time we stayed in the Palm Bay Club was about 1976. We came back 47 years later because we enjoyed it the first time. The beach is still quite clean and the pool is wonderful. Our condo was excellent. The owners had thought of everything so we had what we needed whether we were snacking or having a full meal. The rooms were comfortable and everyone slept well. Ours was nicely decorated. We thought the owner's wife must be a good hostess.
  We went to Walts for fish because we had been there in '76 and it is still standing and good. Sean and Chloe liked the aquarium. They look forward to coming again to visit the new one. Thank you to all of the staff that helped make it an excellent vacation for Sean and Chloe

  There were 14 family members & we rented 3 condos. Overall we were happy with condition of condo. There were plenty of kitchen items & towels. We did find it very inconvenient that there wasn’t a public bathroom by the beach. If you needed to use bathroom, it was necessary to return to your condo. We did notice that there was a public bathroom across the street. Our biggest complaint though was that there were no restaurants within walking distance. Not having a car, we used the Frog Hop each time we needed to leave the property. Mainly because of this, I feel guests should be made aware of this when booking a reservation.

There are no restaurants on Midnight Pass Rd. that most of the condos are located. Fortunately there is the trolley, Frog Hop, Johnny's and several free rides available at all times.   This unit was perfect! The view from the living/dining room were amazing! Our unit had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.
  I absolutely loved the comfort of the mattress in the master bedroom. I am still mad at myself for not looking to see which brand the mattress was, so I can get one for my own home!
  The building is within walking distance to the beach! All around a wonderful 1st time visit to Siesta Key- we would stay in this unit again.
  One bad note- not the owners fault. One of the elevators in the building was not working, that needs to be fixed- there were a few times the waits were long to get on the elevator.

  Our room was very clean. It had a closet full of beach items, games, a cooler, and even a fishing pole with tackle. Kitchen skillets need replaced, but otherwise it nicely stocked. Overall room layout was great and well done.
  The Tower elevators were a disaster, with both being inoperable for several hours on a busy check out day on Sunday. Both elevators were never available at the same time during our two week stay.
  The hot tub at the intercoastal pool needs work. The jets never worked. Pools were clean and well kept though.
  Great addition of services to have staff take beach chairs to our desired beach location.
  Cleaning personnel should not be taking carts and supplies up the elevators until after 10 am on busy check out days like Saturday and Sunday. They only added to the delays and stress during those hours, especially in the tower having one operating elevator.
  Management was understanding of elevator issues in the tower during our stay and issued a discount for compensation for our inconvenience and our safety concerns. This was a very nice gesture, but those elevators need fixed!
  This was our fourth year at Palm Bay and we love this location so we hope some of the issues are resolved soon. It is a beautiful place.

  Good location, the beach is beautiful. unit is clean and is as pictured. one minor thing is the shower in the double bed room doesn't drain very quickly but it didn't change how much we enjoyed this place.

  Read the reviews and everything right on point. Centralized location on the island to both bar/ restaurant areas. Walls were thin and ceiling fan didn't work in master bedroom. Everything else was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. The patio faces East, but there's one window that opens and has excellent view of public beach, which is just North of the facility. Room on the 9th floor, elevator was quick and no issues.

  The Palm Bay Club is a great place to stay while visiting Siesta Key. The property is beautiful - loved the hot tub and pool area on the canal side and the beach with the perfect white sand could not be beat.   Siesta Key and the Palm Bay Club are the best way to vacation on a beach! The staff is great. The concern is the management only focus now is making money. The reservation fee has gone from $100 to $300 and now almost 1/3 paid upfront. They collect the total cost upfront 1month before you get there and you have no recourse. This time the elevator was broken, entrance door to the building was broken and we had to use a side door with steps to move our luggage out in a tropical storm. Yet the staff told us there was nothing they could do with a credit for next year stay or refund. Again it's the management focus on money and not on the guest. By the way we have been vacationing for 20 years on the property, so we know the difference in the value of how the property has been managed.

    Hey Jose, thanks for the feedback. In the past year, our cancelation policy and reservation procedures have been changed. We have adapted a new system that is percentage based, which is why the payments are spaced out into thirds depending on the booking date.
