Unit 105- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial Gulf Views. | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf view condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 55" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room has a sofa sleeper as well as a 42” flat screen television with Direct TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The condo has tiles throughout. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

    Hello Annette, wow, I am very perplexed by this review. You and your family come every year and enjoy the tennis courts and pools and other amenities.. We see you every day when you pick up your packages and we never heard a word that you were this unhappy. I also see that your whole family booked again for 2025. Perhaps when you arrive we can speak and you can let us know how the quality of our pristine, beautiful and well kept piece of paradise has declined.

  Sunset views from the glass windows of this 10th floor apartment were breathtaking. Beautiful private beach with white fine sand right outside the building. Well kept property in general. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Nice water pressure and temperature in the showers. The powerful a/c saved us from the super hot summer.

  This condo was absolutely beautiful! The only thing that would have made it better would be a balcony! The views from the condo were absolutely gorgeous. The workers at the front desk were so helpful and sweet. This trip was a Girl's Weekend Getaway for 6 of us. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. I would definitely book this condo again!   We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday at the Palm Bay Club. We used to vacation here as a family growing up. Now I was able to bring my kids here for this special occasion. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean from the 10th floor. We were able to walk out of the building and be at the beach. We will definitely be back.

  The decor in our condo was beautiful, we really enjoyed the living spaces. It could use a little TLC but nothing that would change your stay. The master bedroom door handle came off one morning but luckily we were staying with others so they let us out the room. One of the elevators was out. I was disappointed because I had read reviews from April that one was out. I thought it should have been repaired by now. The property was beautiful, access to the beach and beach chairs was easy and convenient. We had a wonderful stay overall.

  Great Condo on the 10th floor, beautifully appointed, easy access to the most beautiful beach! Beach chairs and lounge chairs are available for free, grill area and picnic tables available also. This resort has good security and close to great restaurants. We could see the sunset from the condo each night.Only gave a 4 on property 's general condition because 1 of the 2 elevators was not working for the entire 2 weeks. Otherwise, fabulous property and stay.

  The condo was clean. The furniture is a little out dated but ok for how much time we spent in it. Suggestion to the owner to get rid of double items and make room in the cupboards for food. Storage containers would be nice for leftovers etc.
