This nicely renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the eleventh floor of our Tower Building. This unit requires a seven night minimum rental, no exceptions. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has one king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with surround sound for your enjoyment. The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan, newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. Patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space.

  Very good. The vent fan in the master bedroom vibrates and makes a lot of noise We shut it off. Moving the chairs to the middle of the beach is s great benefit.

  Unit 111 at The Palm Bay Club is phenomenal! My family of 4 stayed in this unit June 12-19th, 2021, and we couldn't have been more pleased! The property description and pictures were accurate with one small exception---the actual unit and views were even better in person! Extremely clean, high-end furnishings, state-of-the-art kitchen, wine bar & cooler, etc. Cannot beat this condo! Press "PH" on the elevator, head to the top floor, corner unit, and enjoy this Penthouse accommodation! We'll be back!
