Unit 115- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf Views. | This fully renovated (2018) two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the eleventh floor of our Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a large 65" wall mounted, flat screen TV with DTV service for your enjoyment. The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker, also a keurig. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

  The property was great. The condo was remodeled and very comfortable. Plenty of towels provided and fully appointed kitchen. The beach chairs can be brought to where you w as not them which was great. Pool was very nice and new. Would just say pool should be closer to the beach and the tower or build another pool. The ocean was disappointing because water was muddled a bit from the hurricane but not the condo’s fault. Recommend it highly.

  The rental was nice but missing a few things. One is there were rugs but the unit provided no vacuum, so I spent my time cleaning with a broom and then having to call and lay for the cleaners to come in because no matter how hard you try sand doesn’t come out of a rug. The second bathroom shower couldnt be used because the drain didn’t work properly and you would stand in a pool up to your knees of water. I tried to use the dishwasher but ended up having to rewash what I put in. The very small patio was old, furniture was good to dry a towel on not to sit and relax while looking at the parking lot. The two sliding doors did not close properly and left a draft to come in making the rooms hotter. I have stayed at the Palm several times and each unit I previously rented was kind enough to leave a few things for your trip to the beach, This rental provided nothing for guests. You would think at the amount you’re paying for a weeks rental you would at least have a little cooler or a vacuum.

  This property was very nice. Great location, beautiful view, and fit 4 people comfortably. We loved the pickleball, pools and being right on the beach. The cons are that this property is very expensive and they are very cheap with how they equip the room. I've never stayed at a rental property and not have them supply paper towels or other essentials. They are very cheap for how expensive the place is.

  We heard of the Palm Bay Club from a friend who has stayed there twice. We had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute of the condo we rented and the gorgeous beach. I was doubtful that the condo would look like the photos online. However, we were so happy and impressed to open the door and see it looked exactly like the photos, and possibly better. Everything was pretty and clean and had everything we needed. We've been to Hawaii, Mexico, California, Destin, and other places in Florida. This is by far the prettiest beach we've ever seen. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the Palm Bay Club to a family member hoping to stay in March 2024, and we will definitely retrun!

  Very nice condo with great views from the kitchen area -beautiful sunsets!. The screened in patio is a nice place to spend time but could use updated furniture. Inside furniture was comfortable and unit was clean. Super easy access to the beach. Used the pool & hot tub on the bay side - enjoyed both. Only issue we ran into was the poor water pressure on the kitchen sink - seemed like a valve was shut. Bathrooms were fine. We didn't report it since we were only there a few days and could work around it. Overall, a great location and place - we'd stay again!

  Gorgeous views, beautiful updated kitchen and great layout in condo. Sofa super comfy! For improvement ...outfit the screened in porch with nicer furniture, perhaps an outdoor rug and side table. Seems to be pool furniture in there now. Areas like that are where my husband spends most of his time when in a condo and it felt very barebones. New comforters...perhaps fresh white ones? Need highball cocktail glasses for those who like a mixed drink for those fabulous SK sunsets. Just a couple of tweaks and not even very expensive ones would go a long way. BUT overall a great, comfortable condo! We did enjoy our time there very much, Cheers!

  Overall the unit was nice and comfortable for our family of 5. The community washer and dryer was right outside our unit and very convenient. The only negative was that we were on the top floor of the tower and only one elevator was in operation. It was during spring break so the wait for an elevator could exceed 15 minutes and the stairs were not an option. The furniture and carpeting also showed some signs of wear and staining.

  This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in unit 115! It is the best! The room is spacious, beautifully decorated and in the prime location. Only steps away from the sand! Each time the unit has been impeccably clean and well maintained. The Frog Hopper will pick you up right at the front door of the tower no need to fight finding a parking spot on the Key. We loved SKOB and Sniki Tiki for food and live music. We are already planning on our return trip!

  We stayed in the tower on the beach. Literally steps from the sand. Condo was very clean and updated and had everything we needed. Covered parking was ample and easy access. Floor to ceiling windows facing north for sunsets and beach views. Screened balcony and floor to ceiling windows in bedrooms faced east for view of the intercoastal canal. Staff were friendly and grounds were kept in great shape. Will recommend to family and friends. Will plan on staying here again.

  We have been traveling to Sarasota for 15 years. This was the first year that we opted to stay ON the beach. With 3 young kids, it was the best decision we could have made. With chairs already there, towels provided and pristine sands, this was a huge win! From years of travel we knew the location was ideal. As for our unit-- It was outstanding! The furnishings were beautiful, it was immaculate and within moments we felt right at home. Can't wait to return!

  Couldn't have asked for more with our stay in Tower 115. The owners did an amazing job with the remodel and we were extremely appreciative of the stocked kitchen to not only be able to make Thanksgiving Day dinner but cook in all week with Covid. We opted to eat in to avoid as much contact as we could all week. The facility was clean, easy to spend a day at the beach each day with the beach furniture to grab which was stacked nicely each night, and the front desk staff was super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future.
