This completely newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, first floor condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. It is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts and the pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV and there are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom with also a 40" flat screen TV. The over-sized living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with all TV's having FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms have beautiful granite counter tops and have walk-in showers. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a 12 cup coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

  Very easy to check in, the staff was great. The condo was very spacious and welcoming. The staff and security personnel at the beach were great a shout out to Cooper!! The only downside with the beach was not being able to rinse off your feet when you left the beach/sand. The faucet didn't work for your feet and the shower head barely came out. I know it seems picky but the resort asked us to keep sand to a minimum and being able to rinse our shoes/sandal/feet would of helped. I informed the front desk but in the week we were there nothing got fixed.

  The windows from the kitchen and living room look into the carport and there was construction next door on every weekday (not in Palm Bay’s control). It didn’t matter, we felt that we still got good value out of the condo. We originally were hesitant about renting because of the distant from the beach. However, we found our selves using the pools, pickleball courts and hot tub more than the beach anyway. It was clean and spacious. We had a great time and would rent the same unit again. The complex is gorgeous and the staff helpful and friendly. This is our 3rd stay at Palm Bay.

  This place was perfect for our family of five! The condo was clean and spacious, and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were an added bonus. The property had everything we needed - fitness center, pool, and maintained beach with chairs and loungers provided. The condo was right next door to the tennis courts and pool, and the beach was just a 3-minute walk.

  We have vacationed in Siesta Key the last 3 years and this was our best stay yet. The club itself is great. Surprising, was how nice the bay front pool was.. a great change of pace. Location to beach was great (a short walk down the promenade). The place itself was clean and very spacious. We stayed with 2 kids and our mother in law. Would recommend to all and would like to stay here again next year!

  Good location. Nice resort. My only complaint are the grills. Very small charcoal grills on beach side with no lids. Would be nice to have gas grills present.

  Our experience was very good. Staff at front desk were very friendly and met all of our needs. Our room was updated, spacious and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that room 120 is on first floor and we could hear every foot step and lots of noise from the room above us which woke us up very early every day around 6am and kept us awake at night. Thankfully this was only week 2. Week 1 no one was staying above us.

  This unit was nicely decorated with the exception of not enough comfortable seating. There needs to be another chair or 2 in the living. There is a lot of wasted space and it would be nice to have a card table in the enclosed porch area. The floors were slippery and sandy when we arrived the first day otherwise the place was clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental.

  Another Great stay at Palm Bay Club!! The entire property is always beautifully maintained and clean! Our condo unit was super clean when we arrived, I think the unit was remodeled in the last year or two but it was so clean it felt like we were the first renters staying in it. All the appliances in the kitchen and all kitchenware looked brand new as well. We'll definitely be back!!
