This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. There is a spacious elevator to take you to the third floor. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a king sized bed with also a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a bath tub. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  Vacation was great. Beautiful beach. However the couch in the room the seats were coming off and the henge of the screen door in the front want broken. It kept closing on us while we tried to enter our beach gear. Besides that it was a great stay

  Overall the unit was in very good condition and cover all the basic need it. The sofa is very old, really needs and update. The cushion din't stay and fall apart. Also I'm recommended the change of the curtain,very thin fabric, not a blackout curtain and all the light in the hallway and in the balcony was filter in the bedrooms and was very hard to fall sleep.

  Overall we had a lovely week at the Palm Bay club rental. The unit was nice and clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The property overall is well taken care of. Would love to see a pool built closer to beach because the ambiance of the pool in parking lot by office is lacking. Would also love to see a pool bar/restaurant or food trucks on property during day for lunch etc.

  The Palm Bay Club is, overall, a very nice place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager is a super nice guy and was very responsive to any issues we had. Our unit is nice but we had a few issues which were resolved expeditiously. The owners could make the unit very nice by replacing the living room furniture. It's very dated, beat up and uncomfortable. Also, I would suggest adding hooksto the back of the doors. A simple fix.

  Overall stay good. However, this unit needs improvements. One thing that is fixable is the sink in the master bathroom barely drains. Was going to report it upon checkout but then we had to leave super early before the office was open. I am sure you would have fixed it had we reported it earlier but we decided it could wait till we were gone. I would highly recommend that the owners get a new couch. The cushions don't stay in place at a level angle. Instead the seat cushions are sloped down and very uncomfortable to sit on-one feels like you will slide off. Beds comfortable. Unit otherwise nice. Unfortunately when on balcony we have a view of what looks like a trashed house with screens torn and windows off. Not at all Palm Bay Club's fault, but it does detract and I would think the city would do something about this as it could even be dangerous. Resort nice and everyone friendly. Beautiful beach and pool.

  My overall experience was as expected. This is a nice apartment on a third floor. No noises from neighbors, very relaxing. The apartment is well equipped with board games, TV entertainment, etc. Compering with other apartments in the building, it can benefit from some update or cosmetic remodeling work; however, It is grate just as it is.   The condo was very clean and everything in great condition. We had a great time and love Siesta Key beach. The front bedroom was a bit loud in the mornings as you could easily hear people leaving their units, emptying recycling, etc. I appreciate that there are chairs at the sea wall so no hauling stuff to the beach.   A significant number of the other guests were loud, rude and profane. Every night of the stay I was awakened by loud conversation on the driveway, people yelling between buildings or loud vehicles. One family played loud music at the pool and used profanity. Security did little to enforce the rules. The place is showing it’s age and does not seem to get the kind of upkeep it should have. It used to be a great place to stay, not so much any more.

  Very nice resort, had the feel of a tropical getaway. Awesome location, short walk to the beach. Loved having trolley service to get to bars and restaurants in the Village area. Very clean place. Pools great, nice to be able to access bay side pool and hot tub as well. Highly recommend!
