This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. The nicely decorated master has 2 queen beds w/ twin bunks for kids and the guest bedroom has 1 king bed, each bedroom has a 43 inch flat screen Tv. The dining and living rooms are combined to keep the wide open feeling of the unit and is also equipped with a large 50" flat screen tv. The lovely master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient shower/tub combination. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker. There is no working landline in the unit. The condo is completely tiled throughout and the patio is glassed in.

  Lovely place to stay. Clean, cozy and had everything we need. Close to beach too! Beds were comfy too. Pools and hot tub were a bonus as was the workout facility! Felt so tropical. We loved it!!!

  Palm Bay Club is a Beautiful facility on Siesta Key Fla. Outstanding beach and very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Units are very clean and grounds and facilities are maintained very well.

  Our rental was ground floor. It was clean and very comfortable. No complaints at all but the kitchen is lacking in simple things like a pizza cutter and such.

  Negatives.
  Condo beds in Master very high like 2 mattresses, needs some rugs, kitchen needs better cooking utensils, like no ice cream scoop,
  Needs some Tervis tumbler glasses that do not swet, toaster oven needs a tray over all excellent

  Unfortunately the weather was not the best but we really enjoyed the area and the beaches were beautiful! Great location, love the area and will come back. The condo was nice and clean, unfortunately no nice views. I really wish a few more basic things would just be included for convenience sake, salt and pepper, paper towels, dish soap, small shampoo and conditioner. I would rather you charge a little more and have these items in the condo.

We also provide complimentary facial tissue, and toilet paper. Items to Bring: Coffee, Coffee Filters, Paper Towels, Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Detergent, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Salt and Pepper Have a great new year, and we'll see you again soon!
