Unit 139 - ALL NEW EVERYTHING, July 2025! Be one of the first to enjoy our Hurricane Helene makeover. What hasn’t changed are the things you want most for an excellent beach vacation. This beautiful unit is Gulf-side, the closest Club unit to the beach, just steps to the sand with a roomy 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1300 square feet, ground floor, end unit. Centrally placed to all of our property’s amenities. Completely rebuilt from the subfloor up: new “hardwood look” porcelain tile throughout, new furnishings, lighting, mattresses, cabinets, appliances and a brand new, full-size washer & dryer in the unit - a rare find in our complex. This unit is decorated with a light and airy, luscious beach-y vibe and has a generous open floor plan to spread out in as it is the largest of the Club condos. Start with our all new fully equipped Kitchen that has everything you need and is open to the living areas, and adjacent to our Dining Area that seats six. You then move over to the extra large Living Room with a comfy leather sectional that makes you “almost” want to stay in and watch your show on the 60” Smart TV. Being a corner unit it has three extra side windows that provide loads of natural light. /The Master Bedroom: is ready to pamper you with an elegant feel, an all new King Size bedroom suit, 46” Smart TV, and generously spaced with a walk-in closet that houses the large stackable washer & dryer. The fully remodeled en-suite bathroom has an oversized walk-in tiled shower and furnished hair dryer. /The Guest Bedroom: has a sleeping spot for everyone else. Again, all new mattresses, one free standing Queen Size bed and a separate Bunk Bed setup to maximize, with a Full Size bed over a Full Size upper and a Twin Trundle…just in case! This room has a 32” Smart TV for your guest’s enjoyment. Just outside of the Guest Bedroom is the second bathroom, which too has been fully remodeled with a tile surround tub/shower combination and furnished hair dryer. Additional, is the cozy Lanai that runs across the back of the unit. This space is perfect for reading, relaxing and dining al fresco! This unit has it all for the discriminate traveler to the family who just needs a little bit more. A closet full of beach toys and a large cooler help to make this condo just the right spot to have your fun in the sun. Enjoy!

  Apartment was spacious. Plenty of room and beds for kids to sleep. Loved that we there were three beds in the second room! Condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect location too - cordner bottom floor unit not far from th e beach!

  This is our 9th year visiting Palm Bay and our 5th year using this unit. It’s always clean, has everything we need in the kitchen and even the extras for the beach. The first floor makes loading and unloading easy and Palm Bay has the most beautiful resort on the island! When we use the taxis, other tourists who happen to be in the bus with us will make comments on the beauty of it.
