Unit 139 – LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We have everything and more when you are looking for just the right spot for your vacation. This condo is beautifully updated throughout with amenities and decorative flourishes, while being the closest of the Club condominiums to our white sandy beach! It is the largest unit of the Clubs, with a generous feel and flow; the kitchen, dining and living areas are all open to each other. You won’t feel crowded in this one. All floors are engineered hardwood, for a clean modern look. You will also find your own washer & dryer, a rarity for the complex. A 2-bedroom 2 bath, /The Master Bedroom: is elegantly furnished and roomy with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that has a generous, walk-in, tiled shower. /The Guest Bedroom: has sleeping for everyone else, is decorated in a beachy, Cottage Style, with a freestanding queen size bed, and a full-size bed with twin upper bunk. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and it is just off of the guest room and laundry. /Additional Features:/ This condo also has a large 60” smart TV in the living room, TVs in each bedroom, newer leather furniture, and an oversized dining table that comfortably seats six. This unit has a sliding-glass enclosed lanai with comfortable patio furniture, including a table for dining al fresco or just relaxing with a good book. And, don’t forget, your own washer and dryer. / This condo is perfect for anyone, especially those who are looking for a little extra space and who want the convenience of a ground floor unit, and, its best feature…the closest access to the crystal white sand and beach of the Club section. Convenience, style and comfort are what this unit is all about!

  Apartment was spacious. Plenty of room and beds for kids to sleep. Loved that we there were three beds in the second room! Condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect location too - cordner bottom floor unit not far from th e beach!

  This rental was everything we wanted. The pics that we saw were exactly what we experienced when we got to our home for the week. I loved having two bathrooms so my girls got to have one just for them. The amenities were perfect, and we loved having a washer and dryer right in the condo. It made packing for the week much easier. We will definitely be back!

  I love siesta key and I live the Palm Bay Club. I have stayed there for several years and enjoy the golf side and the Bayside. My recent visit I stayed in unit 139 which is the second time I have stayed in that unit it is very nice the location is great and it is well equipped. It’s just very comfortable and very convenient. My one criticism would be the mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. Everything else about it I love wish I owned it

  It was just ok, we stayed at the same location in 2018 just a different unit. I was impressed with the security and the office staff was very nice. I think the unit we had was just ok. It was kind of run down. I was Not impressed with the cleaning crew, there was dust on the vents and don't think the floor had been mopped weeks. So I cleaned the first day.

  This was our 4th year coming to The Palm Bay Club. We really love this property and enjoy the amenities it has. It is very well maintained and we love the beach access. Overall, we were extremely happy with the property and staff. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The issues we did have were promptly and seamlessly addressed. We chose this unit for the close proximity to the beach. I was not very impressed with the overall aesthetics of the unit. The kitchen did not have many amenities (pots/pans/cooking utensils). The items it did have were outdated and seemed like they were just left behind by previous guests. The refrigerator was cumbersome and did not have a lot of room. There was not much cabinet space for grocery storage either. The bathrooms need an upgrade as well. Some of the furniture was very worn and had cracks and chips. The staff did their best to address the issues but these issues need to be addressed by the owner. We would definitely stay at The Palm Bay Club again just not in this unit. Also, security has been enhanced since our last stay and we really appreciated how they are trying to keep non-guests off the property. I especially appreciated the young man at the beach assisting with canopies, carrying coolers and grabbing lounges for us. Great added convenience!! Overall, we had a great stay and we hope the issues listed above are addressed by the owner for the benefit of future guests.

Yunier is our beach attendant. He is a new employee and has already made a lasting, positive impression. We have received so much positive feedback about him, and I will make sure he sees your review. I’m also thrilled that you noticed the changes we made to security. It has been our primary focus because the safety and security of our guests is of the utmost importance. Regarding your feedback about the unit, I’m surprised. The photos are recent in the description, and they are representative of the unit. I’ve been in this unit many times and I find it to be one of our best. The kitchen is new, and I find there to be ample storage for groceries and all the essential amenities. The refrigerator in the unit is a standard side-by-side refrigerator. I’m sorry you didn’t find it adequate. I know the owner takes great pride in her unit and I am positive she will address the deficiencies you pointed out immediately.   This is our 9th year visiting Palm Bay and our 5th year using this unit. It’s always clean, has everything we need in the kitchen and even the extras for the beach. The first floor makes loading and unloading easy and Palm Bay has the most beautiful resort on the island! When we use the taxis, other tourists who happen to be in the bus with us will make comments on the beauty of it.
