This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two sized queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV while there is a king sized bed in the guest bedroom, also with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

  We loved our stay at The Palm Bay Club! The unit we stayed in was equipped well and met all our needs. The unit was also super clean (I’ve stayed at some VRBOs that haven’t been very clean). It was so nice having lounge chairs and beach towels available for our time on the beach. The beach is amazing!

  Room was nicely decorated, and plenty of room for our family of 5. Enough kitchen items for cooking, everything was nice and clean. I liked how the porch was screened in for insects. Property is beautiful, gorgeous beach!!!!! White sand, beautiful palm trees. If you are a pool family this is not the place for you, clean but small, no frills. Loved that there were free rides into town, great downtown with yummy food and cute shops. The problem? The main bathroom lock got stuck every time someone went in there and the victim always needed help out from the outside. Definitely recommend, great place to get away from it all.

  These words come to mind: Secure; comfortable; quiet; fun; easy access to an amazing beach. Just be careful driving, walking, biking, etc on the road in. It is super busy and not everyone is paying attention.

  Great location Very Clean and Roomy Love Palm Bay Club
  . The beach is so nice !! The rental people for the cabanas are supper nice they set your lounge chairs out for you weather you rent one or just use lounge chairs provided ! Great kitchen very equipped which we ate our most of the time Security was wonderful Very quite after 10pm There is one improvements they should do is put area rug under tables and chairs in dining we were woke up every morning around 8am with chairs scraping across the floor from people above us and beside us so we tried really hard not to scoot chairs in and out in dining area if we stayed up late Area rug would work or pads on bottom of legs of chairs The only negative to our condo was there’s a house next door that their back patio comes out next to our patio we were on second floor so we were looking down on them they had at least 10 people staying with them and loud music so loud even with the patio doors shut we couldn’t hear each other
  Of course I know that’s not part of Palm bay club so out of our 15 days there were only there approximately 4-5 days and they did quite down around 11 pm except for barking dog But Palm Bay is still the BEST PLACE TO STAY IN SIESTA KEY !! This was our second year and I’m already planning for 2023

  We spent 3 nights exploring Sarasota last week and had a fine time. This condo, although there is no beach view, is literally a 2 minute walk to the white sandy beach on Siesta Key.
  Pros
  1) location. Close to beach and other attractions in Sarasota.
  2) reasonably quiet. We heard minimal noise from the neighbors ( although one evening they were really busy dragging furniture around for some reason)
  3) front desk staff were super friendly and helpful
  4) there is a pool and tennis courts
  5) parking was easy
  6) condo was very clean
  7) loved the tile floors throughout
  Cons
  1) musty smell from AC unit. This is a common problem with older infrastructure in Florida. We solved the issue by opening all the windows ( amazingly every window opens and there are lots of windows). That worked for us in March with cooler days and nights but probably wouldn’t work in the summer.
  2) master bedroom bed is not comfy. I think they should definitely invest in a decent mattress, especially charging $400+ per night it’s the least they could do.
  
  I expect a bit more for the price charged (musty air is a total dealbreaker for me) so I would look elsewhere next time. If air quality doesn’t bother you much then it’s a decent option.

  This is our third stay at Palm Bay in a matter of 3 months. So that tells you how much we like it. This was our first time staying in a club room. Though it does not have an ocean view like the tower rooms, we found the floor plan to be nicer and more open. The kitchen is smaller for for two people we did not mind. It was clean, quiet had mostly everything we needed. Paper towel and coffee filters would have been nice.
  
  The staff is always on top of their game with communication and helpfulness. They are in the office every day which is very convenient.
  
  Overall we would stay here again in this unit or similar.

  Came with two friends for a long weekend in Sarasota/Siesta Key. This unit was comfortable. I am not a fan of tile flooring, but can understand with sand. The owner could add some throw rugs that could be shaken out or vacuumed for warmth. I am owner of a vacation home in the Smokey Mountains. I stock our home with cleaning supplies because I know people won’t spend money on those - I would much rather them have supplies to take care of spills and upkeep our home. That would be my suggestion- to upgrade from the bare minimum. Even include coffee filters (we left ours for the next guests so I hope the cleaners did not pitch them out). Over all we were satisfied.
