This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV while the guest bedroom has two double beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a roll-away bed in the closet. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and convection oven, has everything you need to cook; pots & pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and waffle iron. Log in to your Netflix account, browse the web, check your email or catch up on social networking on the 55" Hi-def Smart TV. The unit is carpeted in the living and bedrooms and tiled in the kitchen, entry and bathrooms. The screened in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.

  Great spacious unit. Very clean and comfortable. Location to pool and beach were fantastic. The trolley available just out front of the property was key for getting into the village. The front office, security are top notch. We had an issue with one of our TV's and they had maintenance come out immediately with a security person and was fixed asap. This was our second time at the property and we will for sure return!!

  The room was exactly as described on the website. It was clean and fairly comfortable for my family. So convenient to the beach and the free shuttle service makes getting around very easy . The only complaint I have is parking. We had family coming from different states with their own rental cars. We were issued only 1 parking pass for 3 vehicles. Office told us to park extra cars iin paid parking ( which was super expensive) or park In Publix parking lot which was several miles away and we feared going towed. It really put a damper on our stay because we were concerned about the extra cars. I feel like some consideration could be made for certain circumstances! A couple checking in while we did don't even have a car. So I'm sure there were spaces available!

Both my younger brother and my daughter and their families had stayed their years previously and also thoroughly enjoyed their stays. Loved it!!!

  The property is nice. Been 4 years since my family had been so I was a bit surprised that nothing had been updated on the grounds, pool, etc.
  Security could be increased, lots of the other properties have security gates at the entrance. There still is no laundry in the units (I will stay somewhere else next time because of this) and the desk personnel are ok but it could be better.

Laundry in the units is at the discretion of the owners themselves, as the Palm Bay Club doesn't require them in the units themselves because laundry facilities are placed in every building on the property. Security is on property 24/7, 365 and always available to take a call when needed too.   This was our second year staying in unit 145 and our 4th visit to this resort. We love this resort. It is well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The amenities are wonderful. The location is perfect! The management is friendly and responsive to questions and concerns.I appreciate that the owner made some upgrades since our visit in February of 2021. The toilets are new comfort height. The table and chairs on the balcony are new and the perfect size. The organization of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, dishes, etc. was much better. There seemed to be less clutter overall. The new shutters in the both bedrooms gave better privacy and light control. There were new lamps and new dresser in 2nd bedroom, new headboards but the same old uncomfortable mattresses. By the way, these are double size beds (not queen, as advertised). The new headboards are queens, so maybe the new mattresses are coming! The master bedroom had a new headboard but I wasn't sure about the mattress. It didn't seem new but was adequate. (I slept in the other bedroom last year). There were new lamps in the bedrooms.
  Best of all, the towels and washclothes are so much better than in years past. Are they new or is it a new linen company?

  A wonderful 3-night stay. The property and proximity to the beach and intercostal are great.
  We’ve stayed at Palm Bay before but this rental #145 was more spacious and had high-end features that made it feel more like someone’s home then just a rental.
  Little extras were in closets, such as kid toys, books, beach umbrella, even some fishing things.
  No view of the gulf from the balcony, but the beach was a close walk.
  We will be back. Beautiful stay.

  Very good overall. Only two major complaints: the unit we booked in the tower several months ago went under renovation. Someone left a voice msg to notify us, msg was not answered, and then no follow up by rental office. until we were literally on our way for 1st day of vacation. Office should have followed up on 1st v. msg sooner. Also, lock on front door of condo we were given not working properly. Recommend inventory of kitchen and updating, and paint master bath, deep clean tile.

  Palm Bay Club is a beautiful resort and well maintained. Your can't beat the proximity to the beach. It's evident that some upgrades have been made to the unit. The carpet was in excellent condition and the furniture in the LR and DR were good. The beds in both rooms really need to be replaced! The mattresses are worn out and soft. We are already booked for next year and I really hope they get new beds before then. The toilets seem to be the original toilets and they use a LOT of water. They sit very low. I'm used to the comfort height toilets that are common in newer homes. It was hard to deal with all the pillows and fake plant arrangements in the bedrooms. We ended up putting them all in the closet so we had room for our belongings. It was hard to do because the closet in the second bedroom has so much stuff in it! The dishwasher needed to be repaired while we were there and management responded quickly to our call and the dishwasher was fixed. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

  This was our first stay at Palm Bay. Everything was perfect for us. Would highly recommend this unit and location. It is as nice or nicer than the pictures. Unit fully equipped with toaster and coffee maker and everything else you would need for cooking. U do have to walk a bit to the amenities which was no problem for any of us as we walked to town along the beach in about 37 minutes. The free trolley is great too and stops out front of the complex and takes you right into town. Two to 3 min walk from unit to the sand one way, about the same to the office, pool, gym, tennis courts the other way. Another 4 mins or so beyond the office, across midnight pass, is the hot tub and 2nd pool which is right on the bay. Loved the hot tub!! Getting across midnight pass was super easy. Flashing lights stopped traffic the minute you pressed the button. Beach was absolutely beautiful here and loved the free lounge chairs on the beach, and free racquets and tennis balls set out by the office daily. Laundry was very convenient (right below the unit) and reasonable priced. Add money to a card by the office. Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't forget to bring your own toiletries. We bought pump soap in town for each of the bathrooms so we didn't all have to use the same bar of soap. The kitchen does have a built in pump dispenser. Only 1 coffee filter and coffee packet provided. Would have been nice to have at least a couple of these until we could get into town as we all drink coffee.
