This completely renovated third/top floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property, in the Club building closest to our white sand beach. Because of its central location, #148 is also a short walk to the tennis courts, fitness center, pool and charcoal grills. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 65" HDTV, and the guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a 43" TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination, both with grab bars. The living room is equipped with a large 65" wall mounted, flat screen HDTV and a Bluetooth Bose speaker so you can listen to your favorite tunes. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig machine, and even a wine refrigerator. The owner has provided a beach cart for ease in transporting your beach gear, as well as a rolling cooler that will keep your beverages ice cold. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes while you sip your morning coffee, and the washers/dryers are located just downstairs in this building. The free, public trolley on Siesta Key, which travels back and forth between Siesta Village and Turtle Beach, has a stop near Palm Bay Club's front entrance. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people.

    Overall we loved our experience at Palm Bay! The staff was friendly and helpful, we liked seeing a security presence around the grounds, the pools were nice, and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! Our unit was beautiful and clean. Staff notified us at check-in that one of the shower doors was scheduled to be fixed that week but was usable. It was not an issue having maintenance fix it during the week. The only inconvenience was that the location of the unit overlooks one of the pools and the crowd could be a bit noisy at night when we were trying to go to bed (9:00 or so). I used a sound machine in the mast bedroom to drown out the noise and it was fine. We were grateful that a cooler and beach wagon were provided. We definitely plan to return!

    It was an amazing experience! Beds were so comfortable! Central location to everything. Unit was so clean had everything we needed. Loved the fact of the beach wagon. We actually left sand toys for others. We will be back!!! Staff was amazing. Only thing was the second bedroom only had one channel and my kids sleep with TV so that was a tiny problem. But rate a 10/10. Thank you for having us. Can't wait to come back.

Obviously you have to bring your own food and what not but there was a bucket with sand toys in it, plenty of towels and even a small cooler to use for the beach. Very clean and amazing staff!     We have been coming to PBC for 8+ yrs & have always stayed in the Club Suites. This was the 1st year i would say that the property showed some signs deferred maintenance. But that did not change the wonderful time we had. Staff is friendly & attentive. We s/w the GM, France on multiple occasions. He was always visible & present on the property.
    1 suggestion would be regarding checking in & room availability.
    Check in is @ 4pm & the office closes @ 5pm, maybe have 1 of the office staff start later & stay later til 6 or 7pm. Just a suggestion.
    My only issue on this visit was the door to our unit was damaged, we reported it & nothing was addressed.
    We have recommended many friends & family to stay at the PBC.

    We have stayed in this unit multiple years now at the same time and love the location and how well it accommodates our family of 5. The only negative this year is that the ice maker and water dispenser feature on the fridge was broken. Kind of an inconvenience to have to keep buying ice. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

    We have stayed many places along the emerald coast but this was our first time at Siesta Key. While the unit was fine for our stay I would not stay here again. The proximity to the beach is nice as well as having access to a private beach, however, the unit needs a few things updated and fixed. The biggest thing that needs to be replaced is the front door. It was difficult to lock as the door is splitting on the side, appears to be from water damage. We also encountered several rude cleaning ladies on our stay and this coupled with minor maintenance issues and the unit being on the third floor with no laundry in the unit makes it where we would not choose to stay at this location in the future. Siesta key is a great area with lots of fun places to eat and beautiful beaches so we will definitely be returning in the future.

    This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and we loved it! The condo was nice, stocked very well with nice dishes, utensils, pots & pans, toilet paper, towels, etc. and was clean, had nice appliances, good size TVs, and was decorated nicely in beach decor which I always love when staying at the beach. Only thing we needed to purchase was paper towels and/or napkins, shampoo & conditioner, and obviously any food or drink. The beds were comfy. We chose this condo at Palm Bay as opposed to another due to it being closer to the beach figuring we’d carry more to the beach than to the hot tub. We visited the hot tub at night. If you don’t feel like walking you can quickly take your car and park near the hot tub. Everyone at the front desk check in was friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and we found tons of great seashells while there at nearby beaches. We found many great places to eat while there and enjoyed walking the strip there checking out the shops. We had a great time and will definitely return.

    Loved our stay at Palm Bay 148. The condo was beautiful and clean with everything you need for a wonderful vacation (however you will need to bring or purchase a cooler). Ice machine was not working either so just add a couple bags to your shopping list. No need to pack a hair dryer as they are provided in both bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable and that bean bag is as comfy as it looks. We all want one for home. We were happy to see the Roku TV which many places we’ve stayed on SK do not provide. Plenty of towels, including beach, are provided. The beach attendant on the weekend was a wonderful surprise. I wish I remembered the young man’s name like he remembered each guests along with how many lounge chairs we needed. He even brought our cooler to our chairs each morning. Loved the pampering. Now to the office staff... those women were Amazing!! Never have we ever experienced such a friendly helpful staff. We have stayed at so many different places on the island going back to 1990 and we have never experienced such a wonderful staff. Easy checkin and checkout. A rare find. Definitely will look into staying at The Palm Bay again. You will not be disappointed.
