****Fully Remodeled Condo.**** Convenient first floor beach side unit located on the Gulf side Club building. It is the closest Club building to our white sand beach and closest to our beach side pool. Step into a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a bar that seats three. Large round dining table which seats six.
Extended living room with oversize doors leading to a newly paved patio. A new leather queen sofa sleeper and loveseat with updated decor and a 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has 2 king beds with a 42" flat screen tv. The master bath has a vanity sink separate from the shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 36" flat screen tv.
The adjacent bath has a tub shower combination. There is a washer and dryer located right next door. The Siesta Key Breeze is the public trolley on Siesta Key which is a free service, it travels into Siesta Village through to Turtle Beach.

  The master bedroom had two kings. They took up so much of the room that we couldn’t access electrical outlets for our CPAP MACHINES. That was an issue. Two queens would have e been a better choice for the room. Making the beds wasn’t easy. Otherwise property was good.

  Unit was clean and being on the first floor was great. Only thing it didn’t have was coffee filters for the coffee maker so be sure to bring some (basket style). Could use soap dishes in the bathrooms for the mini soaps that were provided. Great facility just steps from the beach. Nice that they provide beach chairs. Just bring your umbrella. Staff was so helpful. Sheila was great!

  Everything was great except for the sliding screen door going out to the patio. It had to be horsed open and closed. I reported it three times during my 8 day stay and it never got fixed.

  The chairs in the living room could have been more comfortable. Also the towel bar in the guest bathroom fell off the wall you could see where it had been patched before it needs to be reinforced before putting back up! Otherwise we absolutely loved it !

  We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo. Love that it is bright and cheerful with plenty of natural light. When not at the beach or pool, it provided a perfect setting for vacation relaxation including the small patio with chairs to maximize time outside. Location was great: close to the beach and close to the Siesta Key Village. We appreciate the security bands, gate that requires a code, monitoring of the beach area for non-guests, and friendly staff. Highly recommend Unit 151 and would definitely stay here again.

  I rented 2 condos for my family. This was the smaller unit and worked out well for a family of 4. ( 2 adults/2 children). Very clean and cute island decor. My granddaughters loved the fish stained glass in the bedroom. At night if you leave a lamp on in the family room, it worked well as a night light and they felt like they were at the "sea". Ample space for all to relax after a day in the sun and pool. One suggestion is more towels provided and a good set of kitchen knives as my family loves to cook and knives were lacking. overall WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

  We really enjoyed our stay at The Palm Bay Club. Beach access with chairs was a huge perk and our kids enjoyed the pool just as much as the gulf. Having our own kitchen for breakfast and lunch helped to save money. The location of the club is perfect for accessing grocery stores and restaurants in Sarasota, as well as on the key. The trolley into the village was a huge perk. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

  The unit was nice! It is in a great location and easy to get to. It was perfect for our needs. The property, pools and hot tub,were also very nice. The beach was beautiful but there was an odor from the seaweed. Sunsets were awesome though! I would recommend this property to friends and family.

  Great Walking distances to the BIG beautiful beach, condo had a small patio with chairs. Great location on the floor level.
  Only one couch to sit on comfortably. The wooden chairs were awkward to sit in. We did not have enough seating to relax when it said up to six people. Kitchen had a great set up, only missing a cookie sheet, mixing bowl, spatula, and hot pads. Some basic stuff would of been helpful. Bring your own kitchen paper products like aluminum foil and plastic wraps. The king Beds were good. Bathroom floors were hard to walk on. No place to hang hand towels? Missing a recycle bin.
  Next door to the Laundry room but you have to use their card to wash or dry clothes.
  The Beach had beach chairs and umbrellas you can use or rent.
  I wished someone told us about the free bus or trolley rides to the village the first day not several days later from other people who were staying.
  We enjoyed our stay in the condo and it worked for us.

  Nothing beats the Palm Bay Club as far as location right on the beach, beautiful pools & other amenities. It was such a luxury to walk 1 minute to get to the beautiful, expansive Siesta Key beach with attendants ready to bring a beach chair right out to your desired spot in the sand The pool was a minute walk in the other direction. The Bay access was across the street so we didn't take advantage of that except to have our granddaughter try fishing one day. However, while our unit was so convenient for families- on the 1st floor, near the laundry room and with a small quiet patio area, the indoor living space was awkward. The livingroom furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa was very uncomfortable and the only other seating in the room were 2 wooden Adirondack chairs not appropriate for indoor use. After a great day out in the sun you need a comfortable indoor space to relax. The kitchen was brand new and well equipped. We did not appreciate the odd pebble floor throughout both bathrooms. I felt like I was outside walking on rocks.

  We had 15 family members spread between 3 condos. It was so much fun. Unit 150 next door was large enough for all of us to eat dinner together. Our unit 151 was perfect for my parents and my family with a beautiful updated kitchen.

  Very Positive. The unit is very nice. They only thing we found is that in the living space they should have another couch or chairs. The two chairs that are in the unit are not very comfortable. This unit can have up to 6 people and there is not seating for all.

  The property is very clean and staff friendly. The property has easy access to the gulf side. The unit needs updated furniture and style. The bedroom with 2 king beds with a end table as a nightstand. To large for the space. No outlets by the beds to plug in phones. Bathroom to small to have that large end table in it. The chair with the vanity to low to see the mirror. The mattress in other room needs replaced.
  I would stay at the property again, but not this unit.
