This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and chair and a 65 inch flat screen tv. The master bedroom has two full-size beds with a 50 inch flat screen tv and the guest bedroom has one king size bed with a 32 inch flat screen tv. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. The patio has been incorporated into the living room and has sliding windows, which allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.

  This is a very nice unit! Great location between the pool/tennis courts and the beach. The kitchen is well furnished. The bed mattresses are great. We had a great week.

  Liked the room just fine but the I had to call maintenance every night to get the A\C reset and even though I was told they would get a vendor out there next day to get it fixed they did not do that.

    Hello Bridget, thank you for the feedback. With the condition that the ac was under, our team couldn't make the proper repairs with the supplies they have. The island this time of year is very highly populated and only a few service providers work on the island itself. We do try our best to accommodate our guests with everything we can do, and we do apologize for the inconveniences this caused you during your stay.   Wife and I were here with 18 year old son to enjoy spring break with a lot of other families from the same high school - Senior class. Security and control of the teenage crowd was very good. Very clean and good property with good amenities and great beach location. There is a lack of restaurants and shops close to the property.

  The condo was well appointed and convenient to both the beach and bay. The kitchen was efficient and had all the dishes, cookware etc. Excellent furnishings and the bathrooms are modern.
  The Palm Bay Club is nicely located between Siesta Key Village and the SR 72 bridge.
  The only negative, and it’s not a big deal to me, is that the view from the unit is not interesting.

  This place is awesome. Beautiful landscape and very nice security that patrolled. We loved that we had access to the private beach and the private dock for bay water fishing. I especially enjoyed the hot tub. I hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend the Palm Bay club

  I was disappointed at the condo we had this time at PBC. The condos have always been decorated well, up-to-date in decor, and everything in working order. This time, the couch was falling apart, the recliner only partially reclined, the GFI outlet in the master bath didn't function, the ironing board was rusty, and kitchen drawers would pull out all the way w/o warrant.
  While we were there the first day, we had a small water spill on the tile, so promptly cleaned it up with a towel nearby. After a quick wipe, the towel was dirtier than if I would have wiped the parking lot. That is unacceptable.
