This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. The unit has been fully remodeled November 2020. The beautifully decorated condo has crown molding and new furniture throughout. The windows have plantation blinds throughout. The master bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The dining and living rooms are combined to keep the wide open feeling of the unit which is equipped with a large 60" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service. The lovely master bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench and grab bar while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower as well. The spacious kitchen has an abundance of cabinets and with a open floor plan. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has new tile throughout the entire condo. The screened in patio allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico with accordion shades for privacy. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. This unit has a five night minimum stay required.

  Unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Some of the pans in the kitchen that were warped could be replaced but you can still use them. The unit had everything we needed though. It was nice you couldn't hear the neighbors.

  The property was just as described and pictured. Lovely living and dining rooms. Kitchen new and well appointed. Bedrooms were comfortable, nicely decorated, lots of closet areas and storage rooms. Bathrooms had new stone-tiled showers. (Toilet seats in the bathrooms are old and damaged and need replacement, however and clean towels should not be stored in a cabinet with a bathroom plunger.) Lanai has fantastic beach views and nice tables and chairs. Overall, our experience was wonderful. We had been to Palm Bay 6 years ago and it is just as clean and well-kept now as it was then Having staff deliver loungers and chairs to you on the beach is just a fantastic amenity. Pool and furnishings are just as nice and well-maintained as then. Must mention, all of the Staff are always friendly and helpful. The office staff even helped us with boarding passes. Would not hesitate to recommend Palm Bay Club and especially No.160, Club Corner, very highly to friends or relatives.

  This unit has the best view!! Very comfortable and a more open feeling then others in the complex. They have opened up the kitchen and it has changed the overall feeling of the unit. Most appliances seem brand new. However mattresses need to be accessed in regards to replacing as they are all very very soft. Loved the powered reclining couch. Must try restaurants...Capt Kurts (Grouper dinner) Ophelia's (AMAZING!!! food is an art here.) and for breakfast/brunch Village Cafe (EGGStravaganza Yummmy and very filling) - Must take time to enjoy the beach and walk to the left/South down to Point of Rocks for some of the best shell collecting (pick up a butterfly net, before you go, to make your efforts even more rewarding) Shopping for souvenirs? Great prices and selection at Davidson Drugs or Green Turtle Shell & Gift City Gift Shop. Most of all...Relax and Enjoy!

  This is the 3rd year we stay at Palm Bay, great location and beautiful apartments. This unit was well kept and updated. I must say the housekeeping gets worse every year. Basically what is being done is the beds (hopefully sheets are clean) and garbage thrown out. Bed covers in the closet smelled so we’re not sure if they were used and not washed or smelled from being in there. The floor was NOT mopped. My kids walked bare footed upon arrival and within 5 minutes their feet were brown from all the dirt on the floor. I had to mop the floor’s myself. Furniture was dusty. The chairs and table on the balcony were full of sand and dirt as well. Parking was horrible since it was a Holiday weekend the guests were not able to find parking we had to park across the street at bayside but our apt was on the Gulfside.

    Hi Armando, thanks for your feedback. We've reached out to the house keeping team about the upkeep on the room, and asked them to take extra care on these areas before allowing check ins. All sheets that are in the rooms are washed and changed out between each guest arrival. As for parking, every unit gets ONE car per room. Visitors are welcome for very limited time if parking spots are available. If none are available, visitors must find parking elsewhere. Renters are first priority. We hope your next visit will be better, and we hope to see you again in the future.
