As a corner unit this is one of the larger 2/2 apartments available in the Palm Bay Club. It is located on the Beach (West) side of the property. | | The furnishing is tasteful and comfortable with a large master bedroom with a 47" flat screen TV, an unbelievably comfortable king bed facing patio doors out to the balcony and a private en-suite. The second bedroom has two full beds with a 42" flat screen TV and a bathroom right outside. There is a huge amount of storage ensuring that you will be clutter free and organized throughout your stay. | | Corkscrews to fishing rods and everything in between are provided with a TV in every room and wireless throughout. | | The kitchen is very well equipped - fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender - everything you need should you choose to self cater - whether a cocktail on the balcony or a 7 course gourmet feast! | | The apartment is light and airy with a large sitting room with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service; leading to a balcony that offers partial ocean views and typically a gentle breeze. | | Turning left out of your apartment building leads you down a beautiful palm tree lined avenue to the private beach, cabanas and lounger chairs that form part of the Palm Bay Club.

  We loved our stay at Palm Bay Club. The staff at check was extremely helpful and welcoming. The unit very clean and furnishings were clean and comfortable. There was some minor cosmetic wear in the bathroom/ kitchen, but did not affect our stay. The resorts grounds were well kept and easy to walk to all amenities. The private beach was beautiful and equipped with plenty of lounge chairs available. We also enjoyed use of the pools, tennis courts, and fishing dock. The location was perfect, close to Siesta Village, but not too crowded. My kids have already asked if we can make it our annual vacation spot. Highly recommend!

  Our place was comfortable until the air conditioning broke on Saturday. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency that we had to leave first thing Sunday or I would have asked for an adjustment on the price. It was far too hot to have the air not work for hours.
  I did forget my air fryer at n our rush. The lady I talk to was very polite and is going to get back with me. All office ladies were professional and friendly.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and we liked that security had a presence. The apartment was clean, spacious and a few minutes walk to the beach. Parking and check-in was easy and security was there to help us for an after hours check/in. We were here for a soccer tournament and will definitely be back next year. We look for a safe, quiet, clean and comfortable place and this had it all. Top floor so now sounds of others above you. Great experience and great location.

  The unit was amazing. Plenty of room. We were a party of 6 and found this unit extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the outside screened in area. The unit was clean and had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. There were plenty of towels which was a plus as I forgot to bring my beach towels, but they had them. Loved that the unit offered games and books to read. I would definitely recommend staying here. When I return I would definitely choose this Unit. It was close to the beach. We had a great time.

  Our family stays here every year in june for our large family reunion. Usually around 70 people. we take up a lot of condos.
  The security guard Charles has been very helpful to us over the years like helping us get our reserved tables when people had refused to leave.

  We were very happy to find out upon arrival that this unit had recently been painted and updated with new furniture and furnishings. We were very comfortable in this unit and loved the location on the corner of the third floor. The major issue that needs to be addressed is the dishwasher. It is barely functional and the bottom rack does not stay on the track because it is rusted. It would be great if the kitchen cabinets would also be updated and the faucets in the guest bathroom tub/shower. We were happy, however, that the guest bathroom has a bathtub along with the shower. We've been renting at Palm Bay for 12 years in the winter and love the property. The grounds staff, security, and beach staff are all very friendly and helpful. They help make our stay wonderful!

  I have been going to Palm Bay Propertire for the last 5
  Years, we love the Peoperty, amenities and cleaning, however parking is an issue. The peoperty management should look for a way to park a second car in a different address but safe.

    Thank you for staying with us again Yudieth. Here at Palm Bay Club we have a contract outlining the policies, which include the parking situation for our property. It must be read, signed, and sent back before any money is drawn from one's account. We allow one car per unit so everyone who is checking in may also park on property and have access to their unit.   First time visiting Siesta Key and the Sarasota area. We had fantastic weather during our week in early April. Very pleased with the Palm Bay Club and our condo rental. Property was very nice, beach access was great, and condo was very comfortable. Beach chairs were available for use so we didn't have to bring any with us.

  I can’t explain how much I not only loved the condo, but the property itself was amazing. I often found myself calling it the “aisle of paradise”. The room was clean at check in, and everything you could possibly need was provided for us. The location was awesome and having our own private beach with beach chairs provided for us, was an added bonus that I was extremely grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the winter blues.

  Our stay at the Palm Bay Club was excellent. Our family loved the room, it was stocked with all the essentials to have a comfortable stay. This unit was on the gulf side, which means we had direct private access to the beach. You can catch a trolley to the town center for free just a short walk across the street from the complex, where you can find restaurants and shops. We will definately be coming come back.

  The condo is very nice and clean. We did incur one problem with our faucet in the bathroom, but the office responded quickly and fixed the problem within a few days. Ice machine worked fantastic! Always making fresh ice. Pool is close to condo as well as the beach, and the beach is wonderful with chairs provided. Living room furniture is getting worn. Overall it was a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend it.

  My first time in Siesta Key and I chose this unit on blind faith. Unit was very clean and beds super comfy. Enough appliance in the kitchen to cook full meals (even though I didn't). To my surprise this unit had an icemaker and Keurig coffee pot. No maid service if staying 7 days. Wish I had more towels and trashbags for that long of a stay.

  We have stayed in many time shares and many VRBOs and this unit was among the top of our list. Very clean and tidy. It is a perfect location - a short walk to the beach or jump on the trolley to go eat or shop. We have no complaints. The only weird thing was the laundry required tokens and was a bit confusing. We stayed 4 nights and opted out of doing laundry whereas if the unit had its own washer/drier, we would have used them. We will return.
