This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32" flat screen TVs, while the living room has a large 65" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with 3 grab bars and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 grab bars. The lovely spacious kitchen has Corian counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The patio is incorporated in the unit, which adds living space, and there is an outdoor area for you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  This was our third visit to Palm Bay Club and the first not in the towers. We were very satisfied with our stay. The room (165) was very spacious, the beds were pretty comfortable, the location was great! We loved having parking right outside of the room! Everything but the floors appeared clean. Our feet turned dark just from walking around. But we understand with grout and a tile floor that’s textured, that’ll happen.

  Our 2 week stay at unit 165 at the Palm Bay Club was terrific. Aside from the weather being on the cool side and only a few sunny days the accommodations were great. The unit was clean, the staff is friendly (especially security and maintenance), parking is convenient, the pool and tennis/pickleball courts are well maintained and the location makes it easy to get to wherever you want to go.

  Very clean, kitchen fully equipped, walking distance to beach, security staff very pleasant. Laundry room steps away from unit, only downside is that you have to walk to the front of the Resort and UPLOAD "their" card with cash to use it. No explanation was given upon check-in on how to "use" this card. The bedrooms were great, plenty of closet space, updated bathroom, cute little outdoor patio AND THE ADDED BONUS - parking right next to the apartment. LOVED this place -

  After being a patron of this establishment for 10 years, this stay can only be described as a complete fail! My husband and I and our daughter and roommate split this vacation. She lives in her separate home and we live in ours. We arrived to be told that there was no guest or secondary parking passes. We spent an hour trying to find parking where one of us could leave our car overnight. There were none. We paid $44 to park until 2am next to Daiquiri Deck. The office never made alternate accommodations to assist with parking and they offered no assistance. We spent more time worrying about what to do with the other vehicle than enjoying our vacation. We ended up having to give our car to a family member leaving on Sunday from Sarasota to drive our car to their house so our daughter could drive 30 minutes out of her way to take us back to our car the day we checked out. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere!! You would think paying over $400 a night you’d get accommodations that were acceptable. If you rent rooms that sleep 6-8 people there should have been assistance for them with the parking. Absolute horrible experience!!

  great vacation-the property was beautiful and friendly employess. our condo was spacious but was in need of a renovation. I also think that a mid week towel service would be nice so you don't have to be doing laundry during week. I think condo owners should be required to renovate condos at some point. Beach was beautiful and amenities were nice. security was great and handled large amount of spring break teenagers well.

Otherwise, we do provide every guest with a laundry card that they may use to launder their towels in our facilities in each building.   Overall the rental was good. Check in was easy, condo was clean but dated in terms of the bones of the unit. Grounds of resort are nice but dated in terms of the bones or foundation of structures, landscaping, etc. Overall a wonderful stay though.

  Highly recommend this beautiful, clean condo. We didn’t want our vacation to end. The entire property was amazing, safe and convenient to everywhere.   This place was perfect for our girls trip! We really wanted to spend most of our time at the beach and this place has a fantastic private beach. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean and beds were comfy. It also has a nice shaded patio where we enjoyed breakfast/coffee some mornings. We had a rental car and there was 1 free covered parking spot right next to the condo. There were also some beach toys (even though we didn't have kiddos along) and a beach umbrella in the closet. We did end up using the beach umbrella after getting a little too much sun on our fair skin after the second day! Overall we enjoyed our time and would most definitely stay at Palm Bay again in the future!

  We’ve stayed at Palm Bay Club for decades. This year the property seemed less kept up. The craziness of spring breakers was high and the lack of security on the beach at night was disappointing. We’ve decided we will not return to PBC next year and look for a quieter location. The beach itself is still amazing and renting a cabana for the week alleviated the need to scramble for beach chairs each morning. Our unit was dated and for the price, we felt we could have found a nicer equipped unit.

  Overall our stay was fine. This was the third year for us at Palm Bay. We signed up again for next year. One suggestion: you need more prominent signage on the main road and beach side so it its easier to find the property when driving or strolling along the beach.
