  This 2 bedroom condo is one of our favorites at the PBC. The open concept along with all the upgrades makes it a comfortable place to stay. Love all the hooks throughout the condo and the coat tree as you walk in the door. Comfy king bed. Great furniture on the balcony. Clean. Would love to stay here again!

  The unit was wonderful and clean...the owners thought of everything. Kitchen was stocked for cooking. The only negative was the washcloths and beach towels...the beach towels were never able to be dry day to day even when hung on patio because of no breeze. Also, nobody wants to reuse a washcloth...gross. One suggestion would be for a chair to sit on in master bedroom as bed is high and hard to sit and put on shoes for example.

  With many years of staying at the PBC this was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. , it was beautifully renovated and decorated with a fun beach theme. Every detail was thought of from hooks to hang things in every room to that great hall tree we sat to put on our shoes and hung our jackets on. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need (maybe a few new cutting boards are needed) and the unit was super clean. Comfy beds. Amazing balcony furniture. Super nice couch and chairs that reclined. Loved it all! This condo was an A+++. And the office staff is top notch. Helped us facilitate a move from one condo to another and avoided being “homeless” for a day. We did have a leaking garbage disposal and the minute I hung up the phone there was someone at the door to fix it. LOVE the Palm Bay Club. Already booked for 2025.

  Overall, we had a good experience at Palm Bay. Our unit was nicely updated and clean on our arrival. Tons of towels, throw blankets for our movie nights on the couch, and perfect walking distance to the beach. Grounds were clean and security was nice and would greet us hello every time he saw us. If I were to add a couple things it would be: there was no paper towel, only 1 coffee/filter, no aluminum foil, and no spices. It would have been helpful to have these items especially if you're cooking every day like we did. Thankfully we came prepared, minus the foil. If you're using the kitchen, make a list and bring EVERYTHING. There was however a good selection of pots and pans, silverware, and cooking utensils.

  We had a wonderful month in a Club unit. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Security to keep non renters off the property was great because it resulted in the beach and parking lots to not be crowded.The fridge water filter needed to be replaced and we had to buy light bulbs for 2 that had burned out. Otherwise everything was great.

  This unit is modern, clean, and comfortable. I love the decor and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owners have great taste.
  
  My husband loves to cook and he found everything he needed in the kitchen in terms of cookware and appliances.
  
  We found the beds and furniture to be comfortable. The living room recliners were the best! We ended up ordering the same recliners for our own home.
  
  The bathrooms were updated and we had no issues. There are even extra beach chairs and a little cooler that came in handy. There was a drying rack we used on the patio for our wet bathing suits. There were plenty of pillows and covers. The owners did an excellent job in anticipating what a family might need.
  
  This unit would have been perfect had their been a washer and dryer. However, we never waited for a washer/dryer when we needed it and we were able to wash/dry our clothes with ease. The communal laundry area was clean and well lit. The laundry card was easy to use. We just wished we could do it from the comfort of our own unit as we have small children.
  
  I do have to concur with some of the complaints. A family on the first floor brought an inflatable pool for their kids and placed in on their patio. I could hear absolutely everything being said. Whether you opened or closed the patio door, it made no difference in terms of noise. Luckily for us, the family left the next day. But the units have no sound proofing whatsoever. Nevertheless, the area is generally very quiet.
  
  The beach had red algae during our stay which was a bummer. You can still use the beach as it is deemed “safe”; however, it grossed us out due to the dead fish washed up on shore. We expected the crystal blue water and only got to see that on our last day. You can checkout the condition of the beaches online before you head out. The pool is clean. We didn’t get to use the tennis courts but they looked well kept.

  We have been staying at the Palm Bay since 2013. It has gone downhill. The elevator in our building was out of order for the last 4 days of our stay. My husband has a medical condition and this was a hardship for him. The stair wells were dirty and they were starting to smell. The walkway outside of the condo was dirty as well. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. The doors on the bedrooms and baths around the nobs were dirty. The furniture was smeared like it hadn't been cleaned well. There was hair clogging the drain in the master shower that we had to clean. The bedding needs to be replaced. It had a grungy feel. It was also much rowdier than it has been in the past. We were woken in the middle of the night several times. There was a lot of yelling late at night. Someone was pounding on our door at 1:30 am. At times I didn't feel safe. It seems as if the caliber of clientele has gone down. There are not enough chairs for the beach. (Not everyone is comfortable on a lounger.) I miss the days when you could get your own loungers and chairs, and weren't policed about where you setup. The trash cans on the beach were not emptied often enough. I got tired of being bugged about wearing the bracelet. The large dumpsters were left on the drive for several days making it difficult to get around on the drive. On the plus side there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was nicely updated. The staff in the office were very nice. Unfortunately our stay this time was not nearly as nice as it had been in the past. We will most likely look into other accommodations for our next stay at Siesta Key.

    Hello Barbara, thank you for your feedback. The elevator in your building went down due to the storm knocking out the circuit connecting to the whole building. We tired to get it back and running as quickly as we could, but we had to wait for the elevator company to arrive. When it comes to any other issues pertaining to the unit such as clogged showers, dirty furniture, or any other upkeeps, our guests are encouraged to reach out to the front desk so we may come over and fix what needs to be fixed. Our partnership with Tropical Beach Services can provide our guests with chair/umbrella rentals for a fee, depending on the length or days you want them. During this time of year, especially around holiday, the amount of guests on property can be a bit overwhelming. We do, however, try to accommodate everyone who books with us by giving them a good experience. That is also why we've upped security, including the arm band system, which can be contacted 24/7 for any disturbances. The staff here try their hardest to make this a great location to stay. Sorry we couldn't do it for you. Have a great rest of your summer.

  We have been coming to Palm Bay for decades. This unit is our favorite by far. Clean and well equipped. The only draw back is I think the 3 day stays need to be changed and the number of guests per unit better policed. Every year it seems more and more rude, short term renters take over and ruins the calm and quiet with yelling and loud music and it has gotten worse the last few years. I love it here but may need to find another place to stay.

  Renovated kitchen with new appliances. Clean, well lit, nicely furnished, attractive decor. Oversized furniture but not particularly comfortable. Small old style bathrooms, especially master bath. Sinks and toilets are not modern adult height, but nice walk-in showers. Poor sound proofing in walls, could easily hear outside conversations with doors closed. Not quiet even though building was less than fifty percent occupied. No ocean view.
