This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. New for 2024: Fridge, dishes, knives, and rug. There is beautiful professionally cleaned tile throughout the unit, with laminate flooring in the bedrooms, as well as new interior doors and hardware to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with one new queen size beds and one new full size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. There is a king sized bed in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room with a build in electric inflatable mattress with a 55" flat screen Smart TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The lovely spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker plus a Keurig coffee machine . The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bay Club. The location was great and the private beach was just the best. I really don't have any issues to mention with the condo. I wish there were some ceiling fans, but I understand that the ceilings are a bit low, so there is that issue. If we come again the the future, I will remember to pack a small fan for the bedroom!

  The property was well stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioning stopped working, we called maintenance and it was fixed a few hours later.

  We were overall happy with the unit we stayed in but it is in need of some freshing up in terms of painting and a good cleaning of the tile floors.The kitchen was well equipped which is important for an extended stay like we did. Also could use some nicer blankets for the beds as it was a little cold in January.

  It had been about five years since we've been able to visit Siesta Key Beach and Palm Bay Club. The condo buildings had improvements done, and its great that the beach is raked and spotless every morning. A nice service that the chairs are delivered to your tent or spot; also that rentals are available for tents, umbrellas, and cabanas.

  I was pleasantly surprised with the condo. I gave my kids the master because it had 2 queens, which is a little weird. The living room had a good amount of seating. The kitchen was small but had everything needed. We didn't cook at all. The screened lanai was a nice area to sit in the morning and hang all of our towels, etc. There is a closet with chairs and other beach stuff, fishing poles but no reels (we had our own). I'd definitely stay here again. We loved the beach. I wish there was more than one parking spot per unit. I had 4 adults and 2 kids, and visitor parking was not guaranteed. We lucked out and got a spot but many of the spots near the condos were open.

  The condo was clean and centrally located. Very close to the beach and the pool area was very close too. I was surprised at the number of beach chairs that were in the condo. I would stay there again.

  This property was conveniently located right off the beach which was a big plus, especially, having an infant child on our hands. Cleanliness of the unit can be improved. Also, the trash containers were pulled out in the valley walkway right in front of our windows and were sitting there for 2 days before they were picked up by the refuse truck. This was a negative mark on our experience

  The Palm Bay Club is in a perfect location. Part is on the bay and part is on the gulf. Our unit was on the Gulf of Mexico side do we did not have to cross the street to get to the beach. There were lounge and beach chairs available on the beach and you could rent umbrellas or tents for shade if you want. There is an assistant to set up your chairs. The unit was very clean and well supplied. Management was extremely helpful with our reservation. When I reported that there were holes in our screen in the lines a workman was sent to us immediately and put in new screening. The pool was warm and clean. There is a free trolley on siesta key that stops near the condos. Very easy to get to Siesta Village and the many restaurants. This is the third time we have stayed at the Palm Bay Club and look forward to coming again.

  We had a great time. But when we first got there we had some things that weren't cleaned appropriately. We had a sandy bed, a sandy bedroom floor and left over coffee in the coffee maker. which was not working properly. We did have very prompt service addressing these issues. Then things went well.
