Your Siesta Key Beach Resort vacation can be enjoyed from this ground floor, two bedroom, two bath condo in Siesta's premier vacation community. Unit #301 is an updated, corner Bayside suite conveniently located near both pools, tennis, hot tub, new fitness center, and just a few minute stroll up the Boulevard of Palms to the powdery sands of one of the world's greatest beaches. #301, with its courtyard/fountain view and "Beach Chic" furnishings, is highly requested as a standard Bayside condo at the Palm Bay Club. It is available to rent with only a 3 night minimum. | No need to drive once you arrive, if you don't want to, as the free Siesta Trolley and "tips only" free rides pass right in front of the property, providing quick access to anywhere on the Key, including the fantastic Siesta Village area. And, leave those beach towels and beach chairs at home! Palm Bay Club supplies plenty of both for your use! | Parking is right in front of the condo and laundry facilities are conveniently located a few steps down the walkway. Free secured WiFi is provided throughout the property. Best of all, there is no need to clean linens, towels, or anything, upon departure. Our fantastic cleaning and inspection staff comes in and does it all, and does it well!
| | KING BEDROOM | Sleep peacefully on the king size bed with its super comfy memory foam mattress. The Master bedroom boasts a 32" Flat Screen television, a USB charging clock and sliders that open to the patio. The en-suite full bath has a newly tiled shower, full towel assortment and a built in hairdryer.
| | DOUBLES BEDROOM | The second bedroom has two full size beds with super comfy memory foam mattresses. A dresser, nightstand, 26" Flat Screen television and USB charging clock complete the room. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower, full towel assortment, and another built in hairdryer.
| | KITCHEN | The updated, fully equipped kitchen boasts Corian tops and island with bar stools for a quick lunch. It includes the amenities you will need to feel right at home, including a complimentary starter pack of coffee and tea. A rolling cooler is supplied for your use in the utility closet.

  This was our third year at The Palm Bay Club and, all things considered, this was our favorite location. We loved being on the ground level with the main fountain just off the side of our patio. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The mattress on the king bed should probably be replaced sooner rather than later given the hill in the center. It would been nice to have a functioning light on the patio for reading in the late evening and early morning. Otherwise, everything inside the unit was marvelous. Overall, we would choose this unit/location every year if it was available.

  We loved our stay. The condo itself is updated, clean, and had all the accessories needed in the kitchen. They also had some beach chairs and a cooler available for use! We felt safe as the property is gated and has several friendly security officers that round frequently. The walk to the pools and beach were perfect! We would choose to stay here again!

  This unit was very clean and well maintained. The only upgrade needed is the couch in living room - it’s a bit worn. The location is great - this is the 3rd yr we’ve stayed at Palm Bay, & we’ll be back. The only real complaint was the guests above us were noisy.

  We were not handled very well by the front desk. We were carelessly put into the wrong unit and then realized after hours that we were in the wrong place. Security helped us but we had to move in a hurry. Staff seemed short and not very helpful. Also bayside pool wasn’t working. That was very disappointing.

  The room was beautiful and great location. The only feedback I have is the couches are broken down and hard to sit on and very uncomfortable. You can feel the hard springs when sitting It needs new couches otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed the stay.

  Our condo was across the street from the beach but was a great location. Weather was cool but the hot tub and pool were awesome. Our condo was clean and very well maintained and decorated Amenities in the condo were top notch. Would definitely go back and highly recommend Palm Bay. Trolley free of charge to go into town. People were so friendly Great job to the staff at Palm Bay!

  Of course Siesta Key is awesome and Palm Bay with two pools, hot tub and tennis courts, however, our unit 301 was disappointing. Major mold in the master shower, in many places. The main door was dirty and hard to function. The bed blankets did not smell clean... the bedspread needs to be washed in between rentals. The unit above us was very loud. Good points, the master bed was comfy and there were many towels to choose from.

  This rental was clean. Well decorated and was in a great location. It is an end unit so it had more windows and was very bright. Easy 1 block walk to the bayside amenities or beach side. The directions to check in were simple and the resort itself was beautiful and extremely clean and well kept. Would definitely go back to this resort and this unit, and recommend for others.

  The condo was just plain awesome. It was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom, and they were very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint had NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR HOST. The unit above us were doing renovations or something and we're up at all hours of the night seeming to stomp and make loud noise. When we brought this up to the guest services desk, they were on it quickly.
  The pools were great and the condo even had beach chairs, coolers and some sand toys. We would stay in this unit again, so long as there aren't renovations going on above us. 😁

  Condo was perfect. Just the right size for 6. Nice natural light throughout, and well equipped kitchen. Beach towels and cooler provided by owner. Easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Complex is quiet. Complex provides beach chairs, walk to the beach and you will see them on your right. Condo is on the bay side where you can spot dolphins and manatees, or just watch the boats go by. Conveniently located to enjoy the entire island. Trolley is available to catch a free ride. Will be back!

  I have stayed at this Palm Bay Club before and was so impressed that I opted to rent again for this vacation 12/28-12/30.........thinking that it would be similar. We arrived late check in and that was simple. We got to the unit, couldn’t get the door open. Got security and he couldn’t get the door open either. Something was up with the lock. We finally got it opened. The unit is in good shape, but the kitchen is one of the week spots. Cabinets and appliances need an upgrade. Ice maker didn’t work correctly, refrigerator didn’t get very cold. Air conditioner didn’t work (made for warm nights in Florida). Also your on the ground floor and there are so many doors to exit or enter. Positives, parking space is close to the door, showers are nice (bathrooms are small) with great water pressure, the flooring and bedrooms are nice with lots of closet space. I wouldn’t recommend this unit unless it’s a great deal. I will be back at Palm Bay Club but not this specific unit.

  Clean! Convenient! Family friendly! I prefer the bayside due to the pier being RIGHT next to the pool I could see my kids, they could fish and swim and the view is STUNNING. the beach was a short walk away, through the community and across midnight pass. It was 5 minutes if that. PERFECT
